“I am a butterfinger blizzard snob! When I order one, I ask for extra butterfinger. 4 times in a row at various DQ’s, the bottom 1/4 of my small blizzard has been straight up ice cream. Not a morsel of butterfinger. GRHH! Well today, we went to the Red Oak DQ, ordered my fav, but my favorite part was Connor (or Cameron). He put the EXTRA in extraordinary experience! He is funny! “The burgers, fries, & onion rings from this restaurant are amazing!! The vegetables were fresh, the special sauce (requested on the side) provided just the right taste, and the meat tasted authentic like a homemade burger. I would've given the restaurant 5 stars, but my husband ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake and the server had no clue how to fulfill that portion of the order. According to the Denny's staff, they didn't know how to make that and offered a piece of cheesecake instead. Although it wasn't what we wanted, it was good. I would've been skeptical because Burger Den is served out of Denny's (a place that I never frequent), but I was pleasantly satisfied with the choice. Lastly, it's a bit pricey, but worth it for a good meal.“

“I ordered my food at 3:23 AM. Unfortunately, life happens. I ended up there at.4:04 AM.. I went through the drive-through to pick up my order I placed on the app. The manager asked me what did I order? I repeated everything exactly what it read off of my receipt. The manager, whom I spoke to and brought my food out to me to my car…, I did not get her name, but she is a Hispanic woman manager there . I feel that she went above and beyond her means to make my order”FRESH” that I placed at 3:23 AM. I told her how appreciated grateful and how good hearted she is for doing that; it really hit my heart❤️ She went above and beyond to take care of me. I love that and I thank her for that.❤️❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍 we need more people like that in this world🌎“
