“We have eaten at a couple Red Robin's in various states, none of them were we treated with such perfect hospitality as we were at this one. AJ, our waiter, was top notch in service and customer satisfaction!! The food was cooked great and delivered promptly. The rest of the staff all thanked us for our business as we exited the building. “This is currently my favorite “not too fancy not too drive thru” burger spot. My husband introduced me to Chapps and I’m so glad he did. They do burgers here so well, and not if thats your preference ;).
I just make my own and get a regular cheeseburger with all the fixings and their bacon onion mix. Bread toasted on both sides. Yum! We tried their loaded fries. Although that order was to go, those were the best loaded fries I’ve ever had.
I like places like this where you don’t have to get waited on. And if you get them to go they taste just as delicious as if you eat there.
They are also not stingy with their fries or onion rings. The meat thickness is perfect to where I don’t have to order a double meat. We go here when we have a little time to wait and not in the mood for a fast food burger or a place you have to get waited on.“
