“I’ve been coming to Chapps Burgers for several years now, and they never disappoint. The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor, and you can really tell they use quality ingredients. The fries are great, and the portions are generous.

One of my personal favorites is their chicken salad—fresh, loaded with toppings, and consistently delicious every time I visit. It’s not easy to find a place that does both burgers and salads this well, but Chapps absolutely delivers.

The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food comes out fast. It’s become one of my go-to spots whenever I’m craving a great meal.

“Small convenience store with a short order grill. The customer service was very friendly and they made our lunch to order: a cheeseburger combo and a Mexican hamburger combo - both were excellent! We've been driving by for 20 years and finally made this a destination; so regrettable that we have not gone sooner. We will definitely return for our next burger fix.“

“Saw this spot while searching for food to eat and decided to stop by. Faith’s is locked in the back of the liquor store and has very limited seating. I ordered to go and decided to do the 2 piece catfish + fries. The catfish was fried hard (like I like it) and seasoned very well. The fries were ok.

I look forward to returning to try out some of the other items as Faith was very nice and personable + good food.“

“Paul, the GM at Shake Shack, gave truly outstanding customer service! I had a watered-down soda and he actually took the time to fix the machine himself and made it perfect. He really went above and beyond. He also gave me $5 off after I mentioned having a bad experience at another location, which I really appreciated.

Joshua was also very polite and helpful. The employees at this location genuinely take care of their customers and make the experience fast and easy. Plus, the chicken sandwich here is SO much bigger and better than the Dallas Uptown location. I would honestly recommend this Shake Shack over Chick-fil-A any day!“
