“Great food but music for concert was way too loud (especially for children). Apple watch sent alert that said that level of sound can cause temporary hearing issues. We asked for them to turn it down, but no change. Amazing place otherwise for kids to play outside while we eat!“
“Kinda a hole in the wall. I like those though. Lots of fun memorabilia on the walls and good music on the radio. The staff was very friendly. The food tasted good and came out quickly. I would go back to try another burger. They have alot of different options.“
“We ended up at Jakes due to being in the area and being familiar with the downtown Ft Worth and Grapevine locations. Service was decent enough, though on the slower side. We ended up there for about an hour, which is on the longer side for a burger place. So if you come, plan on a little bit to hang out and talk. Food wise things ended up being decent enough. My we got a sampler of cheese sticks, pickles, and mushrooms. All were as expected but ended up coming out only a few mins before our meals. Everyone enjoyed the meal end, my one complaint was the one burger in our order was really thin. Plenty of toppings, decent bun, but the meat itself was thin. Like the tomato slice was thicker.“
“The burgers were super delicious! It was actually breakfast for me.I got the knock out burger which had egg on it.I got a dinner salad with it with honey Dijon dressing.I used the dressing in my burger too. It was super good. ?If you want a real burger that taste awesome, I highly recommend this place!“
“Was in town and stayed at the hotel adjacent to Mixed Up Burgers, so had the pleasure to go a couple times.First time I ordered the Frito Pie Burger and it was delicious! The chili had a little bit of kick to it, but nothing the giant ZiegenBock for crazy cheap couldn’t quench. One of the other times I went I got the Irish Nacho Burger. I wish the fried potato slices were more pronounced, but it was still pretty tasty. One time I got onion rings and the other time went with fries, I think I prefer the fries over the onion rings as they were a little too greasy. I wish it wasn’t a separate charge for the side thoughIf I’m ever in Grand Prairie again, I’d definitely go back“
“This was the second IHOP location we visited and thankfully we entered and were seated within seconds! It is a bit cold in here, but luckily I had a jacket to keep comfortable. Me and friend lunched here around 2:30 p.m on a Wednesday and our waitress promptly waited and checked on us. I was pleasantly pleased with the breakfast bowl, it was hefty and tasty.“
“I visited using the drive thru at 10:45 pm., right before closing. The young people.working were polite and professional, the food was hot and fresh. It isn't the norm for fast food establishments late on a Saturday night. Thank you for such good service!“
“This is a good Whataburger all the way around. With all the specialty places you can get a burger from, it's hard to rate a 5. But if you just want an old fashioned drive thru hamburger.... I would recommend this location. The restroom was clean, staff friendly.Parking: Easy in and out. Plenty of parking.“
“Made fresh and hot to order their burgers are 100 beef and full of flavor. The Cajun fries are the perfect seasoning (with a little kick). Free roasted peanuts while you wait also! The interior is clean with high top tables, standard height tables and standing tables. The youngsters serving and cooking were clean and friendly. I love that you can watch them prepare your food.It is pricy for a burger at $11.00 plus and everything is an add on (fries separate, drink separate) but the serving sizes are well worth the price (burgers have 2 patties).“
“My only disappointment is that I didn't get a picture and I didn't try chapps sooner! My husband and I had the bacon cheeseburgers with the Cajun fries. I always say "a burger is a burger but the fries is what really matters."Not in this case the burger was so authentic tasting and flavorful. I haven't had a burger like that since I was a kid. The fries were very good as well but the burger! Go treat your taste buds!!“
