It is what it is. But they could do better. Food quality is as bad as it gets. Svs is good, but I think I've just been lucky. But I'm never excited about going and that's sad
This one is my number 1 Applebee's. Service at the one off I-20 & Greater Southwest was AWESOME.
We went to the one on Cooper and stood at the front to get service stood to get seated and never got acknowledgement. So we went to the bar area and found our own seat and was there for 30 minutes before we got up and left.
Don't go to this one the service SUCKS on Cooper and they were not busy at all very slow and couldn't service us. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS ONE ON COOPER...read full review
After sitting @ the S. Cooper location for 30 minutes & no waitress, server, team lead or manager came to our table. We walked in the Grand Prairie location greeted by a big hello & welcoming. We were seated & told the name of your Server, who in fact did come within a timely manner. She came with a welcoming smile & a professional demeanor while exhibiting relatability.
