The waitress sucked. We waited twenty minutes to order drinks. About twenty minutes later, she comes up with her notepad and asks if we are ready to order. I said, "yes, I'd like the drink I ordered twenty minutes ago." She had the nerve to point to the bar and ask if I see my drinks up there for her to bring them to me. I said, "no, but I see you doing your job and going to get my drinks to my table, because I'm not the one" (to get smart mouthed with).She left and I got a manager to explain to her how her behavior was unacceptable, and the manager got us a new waitress and loaded us up with food fast we wanted.

It sad they close at 2am but work tell at 1:15am they close after we call at 1am asking them when was they stop selling food. If you close at 1am said it not 2am ??♂️

went in to get a couple drinks with me friends last night and was waiting at the door for 10 minutes. cocktail server walked past us multiple times and ignored us until a girl asked him "should we do a 20 minute wait?" she he goes "yeah but it doesn't matter they're going over there" and pointed to the dining area. we wanted to sit in cocktail because we were primarily drinking. there were about 5 tables in the whole restaurant, three of them being the cocktail servers tables. he still didn't have the decency to acknowledge us in any way and she walked away. we used to come in 2-3 times a week to get drinks after work because we all work at restaurants as well and know how it is. we took our business to applebee's on cooper in arlington and had a much better experience. this applebees has went down the drain since aaron and jay left. i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and i won't be back. if you can't serve more than 3 tables at once you should find another job and that's coming from a bartender/server.

We went there to celebrate and I chose 4 cheese mac and cheese with the chicken on top . The presentation was nonexistent. The noodles were overcooked. There was no cheese, the bacon was in one spot. The chicken tasted like it was out the bag and drenched in syrup. It was sooooo disgusting, it made my stomach hurt and I just couldn't eat it. I ordered a salad to replace it but was scared to eat it. I remember why we stopped eating there 20 years ago. Never again.

Still sitting at the bar... 40 minutes in. Pretty well ignored. Had a half glass of tea and can't get a refill even though the bartender keeps telling me it's coming. Took 40 minutes to get a cup 1/2 filled with soup.

Waited to be seated and found out they were short staffed and seated ourselves.Took about 15 mins before we were able to actually get a server. I think it literally was 3 people working…on a Saturday afternoon.Food was ok, didn’t get our drinks, utensils or napkins.
