Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress
Our family walked in where staff was short. Demiliza was our waiter and she was amazing with greeting us, service and personality. We could not tell that she was short staff due to her excellent hospitality!
Please let Jose serve me again

IHOP has received mixed reviews. Some customers have reported long wait times and undercooked or incorrect food, such as hashbrowns not being fully grilled and eggs being overcooked. The portion of Hollandaise sauce was described as lacking, and drinks were not refilled promptly. However, the service was praised by some for being friendly and attentive, with food served in a timely manner and meals that are hot and fresh. The customer service was outstanding and servers are super friendly. The restaurant is located in a shopping center with ample parking.
