“My love and I came before the Super Bowl and it was empty when we first arrived, but it’s becoming fuller as we’re about to leave. I got the Western Bacon BBQ burger meal with skinny fries, and the burger was so delicious, I told the cooks that they put BOTH feet into it, ensuring it was more delicious than I expected. My love had the turkey burger meal with skinny fries and really enjoyed it, even recommending I try it next time we return. Great customer service all around!“

“The atmosphere at Jake’s in Grapevine was relaxing and peaceful. Our waitress, Christy, was super helpful and courteous. Without me saying anything, Christy noticed that I did not care for the new drink I ordered and offered to replace it with something else, which she did. Throughout the evening, she checked on us and asked if we needed anything. Our food choices were tasty. My only change would be to use thinner bread for the grilled cheese sandwich. Just a personal preference! We will definitely return to this Jake’s location.“

I ordered the Mi Amigo Omelette with hash browns and sourdough toast😏 Delicious 🤤 coffee was on point very good. The atmosphere was good as well. Pricing was decent spent about $50 meals were around $10/$15 range and found something really good to add to our orders. The Hot Sauce was the best! Bought two bottles to take home and will most likely need more😁 in time. We came from Springfield, Mo and it definitely made us feel like home. Thank you and we will be back next trip😉“

“I have been going to Simply Burgers for 20+ years. We moved from Arlington over a year ago, so I haven't been there for sometime until last week. Had a group of retirees go there for lunch and the guacamole burger was great. Wanna and her husband (sorry don't remember his name) are always welcoming and do a great job taking care of customers. The burgers are cooked to order and are always fresh.“

Heather was our waitress, who was attentive but not helicopter-esque, and an absolute joy. Our burgers were cooked to a perfect medium, the veggies were fresh, and the sidewinders and potato wedges were plentiful. Be sure to come hungry - you definitely won’t leave that way! “Update 2026: grabbed a birthday lunch at cold Beer & Cheeseburgers. Amazing service with Brettany. Fantastic birthday reward with app. Food was good. Beer special was really good and it featured local TX breweries. Zeggenbock was on point! Overall excellent experience, we will be back.

Attended the soft opening of Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers. I highly recommend. Their service is great! The place has a cool vibe atmosphere. Tons of beers to choose from.

Menu has a variety. We had the beef dip sandwich which was a generous portion. The sweet potato fries were thin and crispy. The onion rings were nicely done.

If you like milk shakes, we tried the smores shake and it was really good.

“Went to the Keller location today, loved the concept and that they have gluten free options however disappointed that the only vegetarian burger was black bean. In 2023, vegetarians expect a plant based meat option like Impossible Burger or Beyond Burger. Black bean doesn’t have the consistency and doesn’t hold together well on a hamburger bun. The gluten free onion rings were good however they weren’t as crispy as they appeared in the poster behind the register.“

“Wow! What a pleasant surprise. The delicious hot food, the colorful ambiance, the friendly crew, and the location is great. They even offer lettuce wrap on their food to help cut carbs! This place is a winner with great tasting burgers and a crew that is happy to greet you! Winner! Winner!“

“The staff was very friendly and helpful for our first time visit. With a World Cup competition creating extra traffic and numerous customers, the employees were efficient and our order was brought to our table very quickly and served with a smile.“

“The burgers here are genuinely great — that’s the only reason I keep coming back, and it helps that I live close by.
What consistently brings the experience down is the customer service. The staff often seem quite unhappy, and the woman who appears to be the manager is visibly annoyed even when simply taking orders at the counter. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere that I know would keep people from going out of their way to come back.

For families, just know that once you add drinks and sides, the total gets pretty high. I’ve also noticed the fry portions getting smaller over time, which makes the value feel off for the price.

I’m sharing this because the burgers are delicious, and with better service and more consistent portions, this place could be an easy favorite.“

Probably best bang for the buck (Chick-fila doesn't honor their rewards program here) at DFW airport as the burger was filling and lettuce still some crunch to it after carrying it all the way to D terminal. There was a good amount of beef in the patties. Might want to grab extra napkins because they're juicy. 3 stars atmosphere because it's crowded and short of seating space.

Usually, the star of DFW airport is the seafood restaurant downstairs but this restaurant gave me another reason to choose DFW as a layover. Usually I enjoy Southwest hubs instead. Cheers!“
