It was my first time to try Hat Creek. It’s nearby my office so I gave it a shot and I was not disappointed. I ordered through the app, which was easy to use, and picked up my order in the drive-thru. A friendly staff member handed me my food and drink and asked if I need anything else. (Something that is hard to come by sometimes - good customer service) He represented Hat Creek well. I will definitely be returning and trying other menu items in future visits.
Nice place if you have kids. Fun outdoor play area and picnic style seating pretty easy for larger parties. Our trip they seemed a bit short staffed and the cleanliness of the tables was lacking. Everything was sticky. They were also out of chips and queso and ended up having to get a refund for them.Kid-friendliness: Great outdoor play structure with artificial grass beneath. Covered outdoor seating next to structure.
