“I am located between two stores, and I usually choose Papa John's Colleyville. Like any restaurant, sometimes a pizza order doesn't always come out correctly. I have found that if there is a mistake at this store, they make up for it by remaking the order correctly. Yes, it should be right the first time, but at least they are kind about fixing it up for customers. This is the next best thing.“

“I picked up an order and it was just being finished as I walked in. The festive box was handed to me for the Triple Treat box. Food was ok. Cinnamon sticks were hot and fresh. The cheese sticks were over cooked. The pizza just isn't my favorite- pepperoni cups on one pizza and sausage on the other. Not seasoned, just kind of bland. No fault of the store.“

I told the server my order just like I had a minute ago on Uber Eats and he told me, “we don’t know what comes on the menu items, you have to tell me what you want.” I ordered a high protein-low calorie bowl that is simple and straightforward. I had to read the ingredients to him from the app. That’s frustrating.“
