A little pricey but food was delicious and their drinks are on point.
We went for mother's Day and we're not disappointed. Minimal wait, I think like 15 minutes before we got seated.
They don't take reservations so get there a little early to grab a table. It's always been busy when we go.“

“I was greeted at the drive thru. The young man was really nice. The food was hot and fresh. The taco shells was fresh. This will be my location to go to instead of the on Beach Street close to me. They can teach the location on Beach Street alot of things. Great visit“

“Junia provided outstanding customer service. We visited for my son, and as a family that just moved to the area, she made us feel completely at home. Her level of care and professionalism is truly unmatched. I’m not sure what her role is at this location, but someone with her talent should be helping lead positive change across all locations. The food was excellent as well.

“Kudos to the young man who was working the front counter on my visit (March 1) around lunch time between 12 noon and 1. Normally you get rude or disrespectful looks front then workers at a fast food restaurant but I experienced the opposite. The rude and disgusting looks were from the customers I observed. The salsa bar was running low and had no forks. Instead of giving the young man a chance, they just whines about it and gave rude remarks. This young man was taking orders and restocking the salsa bar without having a dirty look. He even excused himself to go refill the toilet paper in the woman’s restroom from an inpatient customer who couldn’t wait for him to finish an order with another customer. He was even helping out in the drive thru. It’s a shame that most fast food employees get a bad rap and pay is horrible. This young man shouldn’t be included in such class as other fast food workers.“

“Ordered on Mobile app. Told the cashier I was here, and she looked up my order, gave me my drink cup, and said it would be just a few minutes. She immediately got my order and made sure I had everything on my order.

Food was hot and fresh made to order. Service and restaurant is great and tables were clean and available. Staff was friendly and very helpful.“

“What I like about Jack is that you can go cheap or go big. Always use the app to find deals and earn points for rewards later. The food is fairly consistent between locations. Recently they have reduced the breakfast offerings, some locations have removed them all together. This was a bit disappointing. They are always adding limited time menu options to try out, so there is usually something new to try.“

“Well, the Arbys closest to me has shut down...and with the world/economy going in the toilet...it was nice to get my Arbys fix. They boast about having the meats, but the ones I've been accustomed to have NOT had the meats. This Arbys brought that slogan back online!!!
