Today, I was blown away by Mo’s exceptional customer service and attention to detail as our server. We were a party of 3 and I was meeting my Mentees mother for the first time. I was so at ease and relaxed as I was able to fully be myself and not worry about the service experience. Mo brought dessert first as we requested ( if you have not had the Chocolate Lasagna, you are missing out 😉) and we devoured it along with the initial basket of bread sticks (stop judging I know it’s a weird flavor combination). Nothing could have prepared me or my lunch party for the manager who brought out a second piece of Chocolate Lasagna and thanked us for dining at Olive Garden.
