“I'm a lover of true white queso, not yellow, Velvetta- tasting queso that apparently is called white queso in this part of Texas. I specifically came to Fresco's as I read they had white queso in a review. That is incorrect. 😆😆 They have a yellow queso and an even MORE yellow queso. So far, only El Mariachi Sabor de Mexico has the true white queso. Other than that, my husband enjoyed his quesadilla (and I did too 😉) but my fajitas were just ok. Thursday evenings can be a bit noisier than other days of the week. Not sure if we'd come back, but our waitress was AMAZINGLY attentive.“

“This store is awesome! If you have been through the horrific customer service of the Alliance store on Heritage Trace, come over here for a good experience. We ordered delivery from the Heritage Trace store tonight and of course we never got our meal (check their reviews). Of course they don’t answer their phone, so I called this store and someone answered right away... told them what happened and asked if they had a way of getting ahold of the store on Heritage Trace... they didn’t, but the manager without hesitation offered to fill our order for free!!!!! Even though they were about to close, the young man kindly took the time to serve us with such a great attitude and outstanding customer service. They were also very accommodating of dietary needs, which we greatly appreciated. One thing to keep in mind is that they do not take reservations, so arriving early is a must. We got there right when they opened at 5:00 PM, and there was already a line outside the door. The first people in line had arrived at 4:15 PM! It's impressive to see how busy they are—good for them. “We dined here last night with a party of nine, and I have to say, our experience was absolutely exceptional—and that was because of our server, Marissa.

I’ve rarely seen someone work as hard as she did. She was handling multiple tables, constantly moving, yet somehow made every guest feel genuinely cared for. She made sure everyone was smiling, checked on us throughout the evening, and delivered an incredible level of hospitality with such a positive attitude.

What impressed me most was that her service didn’t feel forced—it was genuine. You could tell she truly cared about her guests and took pride in what she does.

Marissa is an incredible representation of what true hospitality should look like. Hats off to the restaurant for having such an outstanding employee.

We will absolutely be back, and honestly, Marissa’s service is the reason why.

“2.5/5 stars The problem is the service and food level deterioration as the lunch buffet window, 1130-230, progresses into the later portions. The first and previous time, we hit the buffet right at opening at 1130 am. Everything was hot, fresh, and plentiful. Was really impressed with staff, decor, and ambience. Food was well above average. It's clear they are trying very hard. My/our 2nd visit, party of 3, was at ~130 pm. Few items were out. Sadly, the other 2 in the party found the experience below my earlier top billing. Most of my fav dishes: The few tandoori chicken remaining were stone cold. The butter chicken ran out. The goat curry ran out the 2nd trip to the table. What came subsequently was not the same taste, subpar. Perhaps the management can address these issues and consider this as genuinely helpful feedback. Restaurant biz is notorious for these issues that slowly creep in. I did note the manager talk and motion to his employee to keep up with replenishment in a timely manner on my request. Given the great first visit, and two carry-outs from their 2nd location, we would consider another review after management addresses these issues. The most recent visit was a letdown. Cheers!!“

The food was so good, I went back and got takeout too. Can’t say enough about the delicious, clean food! We had fish tacos, smoked chicken salad and a small Brussels sprouts salad.
