Fresco's Cocina Mexicana has new owners who are restoring the classic experience. The friendly staff, updated interior, and extended happy hour continue to attract many guests. The menu features flavorful dishes like the Black Pearl cocktail, queso, steak, Mexican Burger, and smoky brisket quesadilla. Customers especially enjoy the smoky flavor of the salsa and the Queso Especial, which is considered to be to die for. The restaurant offers quick service and delicious food, making it a popular spot that draws large crowds and encourages repeat visits. After recent changes, the restaurant has returned to its original menu and recipes, with the previous general manager now back to help improve the overall experience. Visitors can also look forward to a new patio that is under construction and promises to be very nice. Guests have praised the Habenero and Honey Jalapeno sauces and some of the best ribs in the business, along with the super tasty birria tacos. The green salsa has a nice kick, and the Swirl Margarita is huge and enjoyable. The service is nice, prices are reasonable, and there is plenty of seating inside plus a big patio that is great for events. Happy hour is available every day from 3-6!
