“On food I'm only giving a 3 because it's limited but that doesn't mean your kids can't have the Snacks they offer.

As a mom I was surprised you can bring your kids in here. I only have my 1 year old but it's nice that I can relax and she can play.

Plenty of drink options and flavors. They have 3 separate games friends and family can play. I would be a weekly visitor if I lived here.“

“The steak tacos were fantastic and the flavors really stood out. I was also thrilled that they let me switch the refried beans for a side salad. You can see it in one of my photos and it turned out to be far from an ordinary salad. The Caesar dressing was unbelievably good and I would go back just for that. “Went here on a Friday evening with a couple friends and had a pretty good time. The place had a relaxed vibe without being too loud, which made it easy to actually have conversations. Bartender was friendly and gave a few solid drink suggestions. The cocktails came out quick and tasted great. We also ordered some appetizers and everything was fresh and hot. It did get a little busy later in the night, but service still stayed decent. Not the fanciest spot around, but it's somewhere I'd definitely come back to for drinks and a chill night out.“

“Just left and will never go back. Ordered a burger and didn’t realize until I had eaten several bites that a large portion in the middle was totally raw. Not just undercooked a little - totally raw. I chose to not send it back as I had consumed some of it but saved it to show the waitress. When she told the manager, the manager blamed her ( the waitress). I then spoke to the manager and she would not listen and kept insisting it was the waitress who was responsible. She talked right over me, and was downright nasty.She admitted she didn’t bother to look at the burger. No customer service skills whatsoever. I was not asking for anything just explaining it was not the waitress’ fault that the kitchen didn’t cook the burger. The waitress was very concerned and apologized. She did an excellent job of customer service.“

“If you are looking for a Dive Bar then this is the definition of a Dive Bar. Like I'm surprised there isn't a picture of the Sunshine in a dictionary somewhere. Truly one of the best hangout spots in the DFW metroplex. It's a place to come relax, have some interesting conversations, have some cold drinks, listen to some good tunes, and just be treated like if you are at home. The service is top notch, you will probably never find another bartender like Val in the world, shes sweet, bubbly, kind to everyone, like a true staple of the Sunshine. I should know I've been going there since I was 21. They host some really cool shows to boot. Prices are fair as well. Overall 10-10 in my opinion.“

“We recently stayed at Hotel Dryce and absolutely LOVED it! It was so clean and it represented Ft. Worth very well. The staff was tops! Everyone was very welcoming and made us feel at home. I came in a complete stranger, and left with a few friends. I really enjoyed the Thursday and Monday night Open jams. Pork chop is a killer harmonica player, and Garret the Bartender is groovy on the bass. Sweet is an artist on the drums.
