“KJ Savage on Mon, Thurs, and Fri is the most entertaining KJ in the metroplex. My wife and I have been to many karaoke bars in the area and this one is by far our favorite. “Thank you to the staff, manager on duty, and the team for hosting my daughter’s birthday party yesterday. The food was great, the service was efficient, and everyone had a great time. A huge shout out to Jaylon, the event coordinator for putting together a proposal package for my party and making sure the package I wanted had everything we needed so that our family could have a great time. “I had no idea that chili’s is actually underrated. Coworkers always talked about HH here and it is unbelievably good. Prices and the mixes, theyre supreme.

Also there’s so many screens and somehow it’s not overwhelming. Is it the lighting inside? The best place to watch sports. Officially a chili’s supporter.“

“We found this location by chance shortly after it rebranded and have been going back consistently ever since. The service is unmatched and authentic - everyone is so personable and kind. We’ve never had a less than stellar experience. We’ve celebrated birthdays, Valentine’s Day, brunches, and even just drinks - all exquisite. I’ve been to several Brazilian steakhouses in the DFW area and this place surpasses them all by far. We highly recommend them!“

From the OG Uttarakhand Himalayan-style momos and comforting thukpa to the flavorful noodles and Indo-Chinese dishes, everything carried that familiar taste you genuinely miss after leaving India — soulful, comforting, and full of flavor. My four-year hunt for my hometown food finally came to an end in America — all thanks to Nirvana.

“If you are looking for a Dive Bar then this is the definition of a Dive Bar. Like I'm surprised there isn't a picture of the Sunshine in a dictionary somewhere. Truly one of the best hangout spots in the DFW metroplex. It's a place to come relax, have some interesting conversations, have some cold drinks, listen to some good tunes, and just be treated like if you are at home. The service is top notch, you will probably never find another bartender like Val in the world, shes sweet, bubbly, kind to everyone, like a true staple of the Sunshine. I should know I've been going there since I was 21. They host some really cool shows to boot. Prices are fair as well. Overall 10-10 in my opinion.“

“Our flight was canceled so we had to spend the night next-door to the Sheraton at the Comfort Inn suites so decided to come over here for a couple of drinks and appetizers. Beautiful restaurant with huge vaulted ceilings, uncomfortable seating.

We ordered the nachos with chicken Tinga and they were absolutely scrumptious! I think those are my second favorite nachos ever that I’ve eaten! Just a right amount of ingredients and all spread out on a nice big square dish. Very flavorful! Then he had a nice cold beer and I ordered a skinny margarita, but it was extremely weak so I had to order a side of tequila. Not cheap but it’s a hotel restaurant.“

“🍳 Sunday Brunch Review – J. Macklin’s (Coppell, TX) 🍳 My wife and I stopped in for Sunday brunch at J. Macklin’s and overall had a great experience! The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, perfect for a weekend meal. We did have an extended wait (they were out of biscuits 😅), but I have to give major credit to the management and wait staff. They handled it extremely well and even offered a discount for the inconvenience. Truly phenomenal service, they turned the situation around and made us feel taken care of. We tried the Bacon Board, which has a fun concept but could use a little more creativity. Just maple syrup on bacon didn’t quite hit the mark, but with a little flair this could easily be their signature appetizer. Now the entrées were exceptional. ✔️ My wife’s Southern Benny was flavorful and perfectly executed. ✔️ I had the grilled cheese with a hearty tomato soup and fries and let me just say, those fries were some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Bottom line: 🔹 Great vibe, 🔹 excellent main dishes, 🔹 and top-tier service. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Absolutely love the pizzas here!! The unique variety they offer takes pizza to the next level. I do have 3 issues pertaining to service though. 1. We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

I ordered the 10oz tenderloin medium with the loaded sweet potato, husband ordered the burger and fries and we shared a side of Mac and cheese. The steak was VERY good and cooked perfectly medium. The sweet potato was…okay but I’m not a big fan of them anyway. The Mac and cheese was so good. Big shells and creamy not watery. We also ordered dessert to go and that was great to have in the room. Staff was so nice and laid back but professional. All in all. A nice surprise!“

“I love Thai food! We decided to try this place out and from the decor to the service, it was great! We got their Thai iced tea, which was refreshing. I ordered the Pad Thai which was very flavorful. Not the best I’ve had, but still good. My sis got the drunken noodles and it was also yummy. The guys got the curry, which I’m not a big fan of, but they both liked it. “Very nice restaurant in the doubletree. Convenient because I just walked downstairs and ordered food to go. Hostess was very polite and friendly and grabbed me an ice water while I waited. I only had to wait less than ten minutes. The picture does not do the black bean burger justice because it was delicious and flavorful. There were two bean Pattie’s and they were stuffed with a layer of beans, corn, peppers and onions. It was tasty and very filling.“
