This is a must try in the Dallas area. You get to see all the food on the smoker as you order- they pick it and plate it right in front of you. They'll chop your brisket if you like it that way. You can also order a steak right as you walk in. They cook it to order- so you can get it how you like it.I got the beef ribs. Holy smokes was it good! Being from Kansas City, I'll admit that if you're craving some BBQ in the Ft. Worth, Texas area, Roanoke should satisfy. Hard Eight was reasonably priced, and delicious. I do prefer a thicker BBQ sauce, but that's just a personal preference. When leaving, you will most definitely be full, and satisfied.

Brisket was Amazing! Ribeye was tender and juicy and so flavorful! Only downside was the lack of sides were out of lids for side containers so no jalapeño cheese corn or macaroni was available…also 3/4$ for a small side is a little high in my opion but overall was very filling and the atmosphere was great!
