“As good as it gets for a business post-covid. We ordered grilled fish. When served, the plate was very hot but the fish was somewhat colder than lukewarm. My experience, (lots of, lots of experience) tells me that the fish was grilled ahead of time and stored someplace in the fridge to be microwaved later and be served to customers.”

“My husband wanted a sushi feast for his birthday so we went with the specialty platter and let me tell ya it was amazing. The sushi tower ended up being both our favorite. Honorable mention goes to the salmon floret which was a perfect cut of fish. Every roll was prepared with a vision in mind and taste did not disappoint either. Egg rolls were crisp and flavorful and the generous side of Wasabi gave a pleasant extra kick.

We did get carryout and ordered like the dinosaurs over the phone and as you can see sushi survived the ride home.

All in all can’t wait to order again.”

“I do recommend JJ's the food is tasty but....I walked in on a friday after work around 3:30..I always sit at the bar I was shocked to see the whole bar area was dirty and the floor was sticky! I'm a regular at this location on Tarrant Parkway and have always enjoyed the food and the margaritas....I almost turned around and walked out so disappointed! oh, one other thing, when I order food I always have to ask for silverware! I myself have worked in the food industry years ago, I do know the dirty dishes should be picked up when customers are done eating, this helps to keep the area clean even if you are busy which in this case the bar wouldn't be full of dirty dishes and I'm not exaggerating...it was the whole bar area!”

The menu doesn't disappoint. I tried the blueberry scone, which was soft with just the right amount of chewiness—definitely a treat worth savoring. I also ordered the seasonal pumpkin velvet iced drink with regular espresso shots. It had a mild coffee flavor, perfect for someone who prefers a less intense coffee experience. However, if you're a fan of stronger coffee, the menu offers plenty of options, and you can always adjust the number of espresso shots to suit your taste.

More Than Just Coffee

The shop provides free WiFi and both indoor and outdoor seating. They also sell their own coffee roasts, along with merchandise like reusable cups, mugs, and clothing, which is a nice touch for fans wanting a memento.

Friendly and Efficient Service

The staff here are exceptionally kind and quick to assist. When I asked about the WiFi, they were eager to help, and my order came out promptly.

A Minor Drawback

The only downside is the noise from the blender during busy times, but it’s not overwhelming and can easily be tuned out.

“Went today for the 1st time as my son recently started working there. I went GF very recently and learned that they have GF crust. I tried the Honey Pig on GF crust and it was amazing. While I haven't had any other GF crusts yet to compare, I must say that I don't know if I would have known if just put in front of me. Nico (?) the manager was very nice too. My basic daughter said her cheese slice was good, too. The only downside was the cost as it was almost $30 for 1-12" GF specialty pizza and 1 slice of cheese. Granted, my pizza could feed 2 people as there's very little crust. Definitely will go back.”

Maybe it's because I don't get out that often, or maybe I was just really in the mood for steak, but everything I had was absolutely wonderful! They have this tremendously tasty honey mustard salad dressing, and all I can say is it's the best I've ever had! And my steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection! I have zero complaints, aside from the fact that I ate way too much, lol! If you've never eaten here, I'd suggest trying it. I do however have 2 favorite workers as they been feeding my unhealthy addiction to caffeine since this location opened.
