Simple three taco order and they couldn't get it right. Cashier hardly knew english and was rude.
Your number is disconnected and there is no way to contact for a refund through your app.
My order is half missing and what was delivered, was made wrong. I can’t call. I can’t request a refund. This is not the first time, but it is the last.
Your restaurant needs help. Get better tracking of your to go orders and stop screwing up peoples food.
walked in a little before 2 on Sunday the 17th and stood at the register while the cashier decided to start doing something else besides take our order. there was no one behind is, she could have done that after orrder.. she actually thought it was funny. we stood there for a few minutes before leaving. absolute worst service ever. Currently eating at Rudy's. Excellent food and outstanding service.
