Loved the personal interactions and warm greetings when I walked in. Joey was pleasant and conversational and when I was asking questions about the Espresso Frappuchino not only was he knowledgeable about the workarounds, he made my odering experience personable and easy. Starbucks is a welcoming place with friendly staff like Candice, Isabella, and Valeria who go above and beyond. The Taylor Swift drinks are a joy for fans, and the new cold foam options are enjoyable. Despite some messy seating and a young student crowd, the service is excellent. Regular visitors feel well taken care of and even consider it a second home. This Starbucks in the DFW area is a must-visit for a well-oiled machine of a coffee shop.
