“I recently ate here while visiting from out of town! It was the best meal I’ve had in years! The rolls were fresh and melted in my mouth! The meatloaf was amazing, able to taste every ingredient! The broccoli was steamed and perfect for my taste! The dessert was ice cream with blackberry cobbler! It was divine!!! My only bad thing was I would have enjoyed having a spoon instead! There was one waiter taking care of the front part of the restaurant that was on point the entire evening! He was very engaging with all of his patrons and kept everything clean! I can’t wait to find a location close to my home!“

“When entering the establishment I was greeted by three attendants behind counter. They all had welcoming smiles and was ready to assist with the menu. The customer was very inviting. I love the atmosphere. The restrooms were clean and so we're the tables. The food was good; however, the classic chicken salad was a little dry. Otherwise I had a fantastic visit. Even though charging premium prices, all condiments on table were of the cheapest kind, loaded with toxic high fructose corn syrup and a nasty butter substitute with soybean oil and a chemical cocktail of other ingredients. Lord only knows what kind of sub-par ingredients go into the food. For prices you charge, you can do better than this!“

“Had a lot of fun. I spent my first time there for my birthday. The food was good, the drinks were strong and the karaoke was a blast. The patrons were very nice to my singing lol. I like a lot of 80s music and it clashed with the vibe of the restaurant but everyone there I think was just happy to have someone sing.

“We stopped by Rowdy Cowboy on the Fourth of July and were so glad they were open when so many other places were closed. The restaurant was fully staffed, the atmosphere was fun and festive, and the servers were even dressed up for the holiday. They also had all of the soccer matches on the TVs, which made it a great place to relax and watch the games.

The food and drinks were both reasonably priced. I tried the mango beer, which was refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day. We shared the queso, which was really good, and our entrees were even better. The smoked wings were delicious with great flavor, and the Rodeo Dip Sandwich was a hit as well.

The standout of our visit, though, was the customer service. Our server, Savannah, was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely on top of everything throughout the meal. When a small issue came up with my order, she handled it immediately by bringing in the manager without me even having to ask.

Ashley, the manager, was equally impressive. She resolved everything quickly, made sure my meal was remade, and made the situation right with professionalism and kindness. It was clear that both Savannah and Ashley truly care about creating a great experience for their guests, and that level of service did not go unnoticed.

“My husband and I tried Lolo’s for the first time on Sunday. We learned that when going to Lolo‘s, you want to put yourself on the waiting list on the app before walking in, we waited two hours to be seated although the music was great and food was mighty tasty. Definitely comfort food. I highly recommend chicken and fish mashed potatoes and collard greens were off the chain Not to mention the cornbread. I have to say the food was definitely worth the wait! “I've been employed with Nana's since June and it's been nothing but joy. I've been in the service industry since 2011 and I can't think of a better place that has treated me like FAMILY!! The team working here is the FAMILY!! The customers who dine at Nana's Kitchen are the FAMILY!! The atmosphere is energetic (live DJ on weekends) and the food will keep you coming back for more. I am absolutely hooked on the black eye peas, greens, pinto beans and Mac and cheese!! Don't get me started on the fried food items 🙌🙌🔥🔥 Catfish filets are my favorite. The fried pork chops, wings, and juicy tenders are all amazing!! Cakes and pies are delicious. On Sundays Nana's Kitchen serves her special menu of Oxtails over rice, Smothered turkey wings, Beef tips over rice. Chicken spaghetti is also a fan favorite!! He asked if we have ever been here before and gave the best explanation of the menu covering every thing. With the detail of where we can find the sauces. His name is Caleb. (Management should give him a raise and place him in as head trainer or Management training)
