During my visit in February, I ordered two petite filets, both medium rare. Unfortunately, they came out overly charred to the point of being crunchy and burnt. It was a clear miss on execution, especially for a steakhouse-level dish.

To be fair, the waitstaff and bartenders were excellent—attentive, professional, and did their job well.

After initially not receiving a response, I was later contacted by Food & Beverage Manager DeLance Woods. He handled the situation professionally, was polite, and took ownership in a way that reflects well on both the restaurant and the Hilton brand. That level of follow-up and accountability matters, and it changed my overall impression of how they handle issues“

“I had breakfast yesterday for the first time here, and the food was amazing. My friend had the banana and Nutella crepes. She said they were delicious. I had scrambled eggs and ham and the portions were awesome. Our server Isaac was excellent. We plan to return and try having lunch. We learned that when going to Lolo‘s, you want to put yourself on the waiting list on the app before walking in, we waited two hours to be seated although the music was great and food was mighty tasty. Definitely comfort food. I highly recommend chicken and fish mashed potatoes and collard greens were off the chain Not to mention the cornbread. I have to say the food was definitely worth the wait!
