“THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH!! EVERY PIECE OF FOOD MY HUSBAND, OUR TWO FRIENDS AND I HAD, WE LOVED EVERY SINGLE BITE!! OUR HATS GO OFF TO THE CHEF!! HE CAN COOK!! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!! “Snagged the chicken sandwich with fries. Oh my word, the food was delicious. I almost ate all the fries before even trying the sandwich because they were so addictive. The sandwich was crispy and had a great tang with the coleslaw and pickles. Excellent lunch!“

“I took some friends here for a comfort food lunch. And most ways it did not disappoint, however the country fried steak was a disappointment. The meat Patty was extremely thin and small, surrounded by an ocean of breading that effectively doubled the apparent size of the serving of meat. I do not feel it was good value for the money, and this will absolutely affect my decision to return to Norma's or not in the future.“

“While I do recommend Normas Cafe I also recommend you bring back the wonderful wait staff you once had. I've been coming here for over twenty years and today was disappointing. No one came to refill coffee, my friend who ordered coffee never got his, I had to flag someone down because something was missing from my order and our table was totally neglected. This is not the Normas I know and love.“

I ordered 2 orders to see which one I would like.
I ordered the Chicken strip meal and The Meatloaf.
I've never had meatloaf like that.

“It's a Wed nite, 8pm, 3 tables and 3 people at bar, why did it take "forever" (~30 min) to get my food? Maybe they are low on staff.
It's advertised as a chicken restaurant. You would think they would have more variety in chicken selection.
I ordered Sir Mix Alot: fried wing, breast and thigh, biscuit and potato salad. Biscuit was very good. Potato salad was blah. They did well with the chicken, moist and tender. I'm impressed with the moistness and tenderness of the breast, that is difficult to do. The taste was good but didn't impress me.
I'd rather go to Popeye's. I like the taste better and I can order the pieces of chicken I want to eat.“
