Dinner tonight at Cowboy Chicken was a exceptionally delightful experience. The highlight of my meal was the BBQ Chicken Sandwich with twice baked potatoes. The sandwich was a perfect blend of smoky, tangy barbecue flavors and tender, juicy chicken, served on a soft, fresh bun.
