I have to give this location a one star because there is a lot of black and gray mold growing inside the spout on the front of the ice machine. It was up in the clear plastic spout that the ice flows out of. I noticed it when getting my ice for a drink which I did NOT drink. I was afraid for anyone else to use ice from the machine. I can only imagine how disgustingly filthy the inside of the ice machine and drink machines were.Wish I thought to take a photo. The workers were friendly and helpful but clearly someone was not doing their job of cleaning the machine(s).

They changed the recipe for the coleslaw and the Mac!!! The Mac is still passable but my heart cries out for how bad they ruined the slaw.

GREAT FOOD IS ONLY GOOD FOOD IF ITS NOT HOT!I have visited this place multiple times and found the food to be quite good. The staff is usually great, but the biggest issue is that the food is not served hot. I ordered through the app, and when I arrived, four staff members were in front of house, socializing. They greeted me quickly and informed me that my food would be out soon. I waited for five minutes and decided to eat at the table inside the restaurant. Fortunately I did because the food was not hot. If I had taken the food to go, it would have been cold by the time I reached home.Instead of multiple managers at the front, at least one should focus on food quality and execution. It would be great if they could take a moment to check the food's temperature with a thermometer to ensure that it is at least 130 degrees Fahrenheit when it comes out of the kitchen. Ideally, it should be 145 degrees Fahrenheit, but it was neither of those.A business that specializes in take-out for families and groups should have better systems in place to ensure that their food is served hot.

Friendly service, good foodOnly sometimes, it takes a while to get the order even though it's only chicken to go when it's a walk in order. I suggest ordering it ahead for pickup.

I came to this cowboy chicken a couple of days ago. I ordered the three enchiladas with rice and beans very delicious. My sister ordered the 1/2 chicken dark with broccoli and rice. She noticed that in her rice was a piece of plastic. Also, our jalapeno lemonade had a weird taste. I asked one of the cashiers, and she said oh is expired! I was like...huh? We asked to speak to the manager on duty, and the same girl responded to us.... that will take a minute because he is next door drinking. So we asked for the corporate phone number, and she said there's no corporate, so I am so confused. The manager on duty he is drinking next door. Food and drink were bad, and no one was in the store to help us, so how or who is the owner that doesn't pay attention to what is happening in his or her business? I grabbed one of the business cards at the front counter, called the general manager, and he didn't even respond. 100% we won't come back. This is ridiculous!

The Texas style chicken (cowboys chicken) remembers me of old style chicken that we used to barbecue in India.

Good roasted chicken and enchiladas. Sides really good. Only wish they would bring back their black eye peas. They were the best.

Rolls had a stale smell. Some chicken pieces were fresh and juicy others were dried out. The skin of the chicken was too salty.
