“I absolutely love and appreciate the hospitality I received from everyone working here! I ordered delivery but decided I'd go pick up the food myself and I'm glad I did. Again, the hospitality was full display when I arrived, they assisted me with my order and helped correct some things for me when they didn't have to. I finally got home with my 1/4lbs of brisket, 1/4lbs of ribs, 1/2lbs of sausage, 1/4lbs of links, baked potato, collard greens, relishes and a banana pudding. (I requested cole slaw but it was out so they subbed in collards greens, and I'm glad they did! They were some of the best greens I've had since my grandmother passed.) The brisket paired well with the sauce given. The ribs had a cherry like glaze to it, it was an interesting taste sweet and smokey taste. Both the sausage and links popped and were unexpectedly juicy. The potato was good and a decent size, I didn't get all of fixings but what I got was worth returning. The banana pudding was delectable with a surprising cinnamon like spice whisked throughout it. Overall, I enjoyed my meal, I enjoyed the people there, I love their venue music choices. My ONLY ask is that more of the menu items and customizing options are available on their website/app. There's a lot good items here and I would hate for any to miss out on them. “The manager was so kind and understanding. He’s a hands on friendly and caring man. Especially when you’re sick and limited on food choices. Food was really good as well. Tender chicken fried steak. Unusual but really good salad dressing made daily. Eat in or drive thru service. Easy to call in!“

“The wife and I tried there brisket and ribs this evening and it was really good and I definently recommend you try them if you enjoy delicious smoked food and grab a fried pie while your there. No more soulmans for us because Baker's is definently not stingy with there meat . priced better and tastier food . Staff was extremely friendly as well.“

“How have I been living in Dallas, 15 min from here, for 38 years and just now found this place!? Don't like tomatoes or mayo on your burger? Want extra pickles? No fussing with a cashier, there is a toppings bar to dress your burger the way YOU like. Fries were fresh and hot. Staff was friendly and fast. dining area was clean. Burgers were well seasoned and they gave us a generous amount of bacon and crumbled blue cheese. Chili cheese dog was a good, but I wish they would have toasted the hotdog bun. Overall, ten out of ten! We will be back!“

“I have gone here since I was very young, it was my dad and sisters favorite place to go on a good day and it has always been one of my go to places to stop and eat!!! It's ran by the same cute couple it has been for almost a decade!! Everything is delightful! True comfort food!! Come by and you won't regret it!!!!!“

“I ordered three tenders, fries, and a drink. It was good and the tenders were a good size, but it was EIGHTEEN+ dollars. That's overpriced in my opinion. And they were a bit skimpy on the fries. At that price I expect fries to be bursting out of my to go box like a fat mans belly in a tube top!“

“What an absolutely wonderful experience! We stopped by Golden Chick and were blown away by how sweet and friendly the staff were. One of the ladies working went out of her way to give our dogs some chicken just because they were cute — that kind of warmth and generosity really made our day!“

“Ok I’ve been here for years, there’s not one near my home so when I have to opportunity I take advantage of it
The food was great and the cookies for dessert was good as well
However I didn’t give a perfect score because with several employees working behind the counter and sitting in the dining no one greeted me
I looked several of them in their faces and nothing
The lady that took my order was sweet and I did nothing here greeting others. I ordered take out and they called my name and again no thank or anything

“We had a wonderful experience at Cracker Barrel! Our waiter, Braee, was absolutely amazing. We never had to ask for a refill because he always made sure our drinks stayed full, and he checked on us often without ever being overbearing. His friendly personality and great attitude made our meal even more enjoyable. Thank you, Braee, for the outstanding service—we’ll definitely be back!“

“Kids eat for $1.99 on Sundays. The chicken tenders are good the Fry's are good. The hot wings are good. Also the chicken and waffles are delicious and the combo is 5.99 on Wednesday. My kids like the food here. What I don't like is you have to ask for key to use the restroom. They use to have tvs playing the sports shows and now they are always off. They use to have jazz music playing and now they don't. At the other slims chickens the tvs work and the restrooms are unlocked.“

“I cannot thank your staff enough! I regrettably placed an order for an early Thanksgiving meal for 25 people at another establishment, but it never arrived as scheduled yesterday. I called your store and your staff was eager to help! Within 45 minutes we had food for 25 people, including an array of delicious sides. Thank you to everyone on the Cowboy Chicken team who contributed to saving our holiday feast yesterday. We have always loved your store and your food but now you certainly have a regular and loyal customer for life! Keep up the great job!“

“I had received a “buy one buffet get one free” for my birthday so we went one night. Everything was perfect. They had it organized by the type of food or the cuisine that you wanted and all that we went to had plenty of variety. It was definitely a good experience.“

“We went to Wildwood hoping for a really good chicken fried steak, and boy were we disappointed. First of all it was extremely noisy especially for 2:00 on a Sunday. But hoping for the best we stayed and decided to try to spinach artichoke dip. It comes out looking almost like a French onion soup, the top covered with cheese and looks great! However we would have been better off opening a tub from Sam's Club as the one at this restaurant had no flavor whatsoever, you couldn't even make out what it was. We were hungry so we ate it. Next our meals come out. The chicken fried steak was huge, well plated, and looked amazing! Too bad that was as good as it got. It was tender, yet absolutely no flavor at all. My hubby had to drench it in salt & pepper and tobasco to give it any taste. I tried a piece and was extremely disappointed. My meal, the Atlantic Salmon was cooked to my specifications which was a pleasant surprise. Yet it appears the chef counts on the grill to contribute all flavor instead of any seasoning. The basmati rice was nothing more than what I could have prepared at home in a steamer, and as for the jicama slaw, which I was looking forward to trying was unimpressive. Fortunately a small part of the bowl had a smidgen of tomatilla sauce which I used to give the food a little flavor....not much but something. Overall, we spent $61.00 on food that would have been better almost anywhere else at a fraction of the cost. Not worth it, sorely disappointed and will not return. The one thing that is a positive about the restaurant is the staff. Service was excellent. Not impressed at all.“
