“We went to Wildwood hoping for a really good chicken fried steak, and boy were we disappointed. First of all it was extremely noisy especially for 2:00 on a Sunday. But hoping for the best we stayed and decided to try to spinach artichoke dip. It comes out looking almost like a French onion soup, the top covered with cheese and looks great! However we would have been better off opening a tub from Sam's Club as the one at this restaurant had no flavor whatsoever, you couldn't even make out what it was. We were hungry so we ate it. Next our meals come out. The chicken fried steak was huge, well plated, and looked amazing! Too bad that was as good as it got. It was tender, yet absolutely no flavor at all. My hubby had to drench it in salt & pepper and tobasco to give it any taste. I tried a piece and was extremely disappointed. My meal, the Atlantic Salmon was cooked to my specifications which was a pleasant surprise. Yet it appears the chef counts on the grill to contribute all flavor instead of any seasoning. The basmati rice was nothing more than what I could have prepared at home in a steamer, and as for the jicama slaw, which I was looking forward to trying was unimpressive. Fortunately a small part of the bowl had a smidgen of tomatilla sauce which I used to give the food a little flavor....not much but something. Overall, we spent $61.00 on food that would have been better almost anywhere else at a fraction of the cost. Not worth it, sorely disappointed and will not return. The one thing that is a positive about the restaurant is the staff. Service was excellent. Not impressed at all.”

The food and variety of meats was good and if you ask they will cook the meat a little longer for to your liking. All the sides where good especially there mac and cheese. The staff was beyond friendly, and the beer was top-notch as far as I am concerned (I bad a Belgium tripel, the wheat beer, a pilsner, and sampled the raspberry stout). All different types wowed me, and I could not recommend this place enough. As breweries struggle to stay afloat, support your local breweries as much as you can, and include this one on your list.”

“Had a wonderful first experience at My Canh. Ordered the cod with tofu hot pot, fish with spicy Sichuan sauce, beef filet on a sizzling plate, and watercress with garlic; everything was excellent. The portions are generous and perfect for sharing with family. Finished with hot tea to balance out the spicy dishes. The food quality and flavors really impressed me, and the portions give you great value. Definitely coming back to work my way through more of their menu.”

“first off.....we have been going next door to this place for years for my kids....so today my 12 yr old twins said can we have seafood , so we went here a gem hidden next to pizza place...The food was phenomenal, my kids had dungeons crab shrimp corn potato in garlic butter, I had shrimp sausage corn potato.....with the Cajun full mix medium spicy and it was superb, I have eaten at the other boil type restaurants and this one was the best , service , taste, super clean place , even bathrooms were spotless.. this place is my new fave and a hidden gem....I give 5 stars and A++ for the cleanest place in DFW, GARLAND....HIGHLY RECCOMEND”

“I absolutely love and appreciate the hospitality I received from everyone working here! I ordered delivery but decided I'd go pick up the food myself and I'm glad I did. Again, the hospitality was full display when I arrived, they assisted me with my order and helped correct some things for me when they didn't have to. I finally got home with my 1/4lbs of brisket, 1/4lbs of ribs, 1/2lbs of sausage, 1/4lbs of links, baked potato, collard greens, relishes and a banana pudding. (I requested cole slaw but it was out so they subbed in collards greens, and I'm glad they did! They were some of the best greens I've had since my grandmother passed.) The brisket paired well with the sauce given. The ribs had a cherry like glaze to it, it was an interesting taste sweet and smokey taste. Both the sausage and links popped and were unexpectedly juicy. The potato was good and a decent size, I didn't get all of fixings but what I got was worth returning. The banana pudding was delectable with a surprising cinnamon like spice whisked throughout it. Overall, I enjoyed my meal, I enjoyed the people there, I love their venue music choices. My ONLY ask is that more of the menu items and customizing options are available on their website/app. There's a lot good items here and I would hate for any to miss out on them. Sorry, I didn't get pictures of everything I ordered, I started eating mid photoshoot. Thanks the meal! 🐞🦙”
