Love this place! My viet stables are caramelized catfish, catfish sour soup and garlic water spinach. They are so good. I used to go to bistro B to get my fix even though they are not good there (the taste there is too heavy). I am so glad I found this place! Also tried their pork bone noodles and spicy beef noodles with bone, so perfect!
I went with my family here for the first time today and we were all very impressed with this restaurant. We mostly ordered the short rib pho and also the pork chop with rice. The short rib pho is a MUST! The broth, meat, and noodles were all amazingly tasty! This place is definitely now in our top 3 to get pho around Dallas. Really like the bun rieu here!Edited to add their banh canh and hu tieu is SO DANG GOOD!! I eat here probably 4-5 times a month lol.Ca kho is good but I am picky with catfish, it’s easy for it to smell like the ocean but that’s a personal preference. The flavor is ON POINT! Salmon kho is really good and more mild on the fish taste. maybe one day they’ll add it to the menu like they added banh canh.The banh canh noodles were perfect.
