“🍳 Eggsquisite Cafe Breakfast Worth Talking About! 🥞 What a delicious breakfast experience! Luis had the Spicy Chicken & Waffles, pork sausage patties & bacon jam deviled eggs. While I had the Avocado Benedict, and the Pumpkin Spice Pancakes—and there was something to love about every dish! The Spicy Chicken & Waffles brought the perfect combination of sweet, savory, with a little bit of a spicy kick. The sausage patties were flavorful and cooked just right, while the bacon jam deviled eggs were such a fun and delicious twist on a classic deviled egg. OMG! The Avocado Benedict (came with bacon crumbles that I had on the side, since I eat vegetarian) was creamy, satisfying, and 100% beautifully put together. While the Pumpkin Spice Pancakes were a perfectly seasonal treat—fluffy, comforting, and full of that cozy fall flavor! 🎃🥞 They even have a machine that makes fresh pressed orange juice! I thought that was very cool & refreshing! One thing that really stood out during our visit was how spotlessly clean the restaurant bathroom was! 🧼✨ Everything was fresh, tidy, and well-maintained, with clean sinks, mirrors, floors, and facilities. Overall, this was a fun, flavorful, and satisfying breakfast with plenty of variety. Great food, great portions, and a menu with something for both of us. Especially, since Luis is the meat eater in the family & I’m the vegetarian. I am excited to definitely come back to try more! ❤️☕️“

“I love waffle house. Open 24 hours 7 days a week, reasonable price, good food what more could you want. One of my favorite place to eat. The only complaint is they don't serve Dr pepper. They have Mr pibb and it is not the same.“

“When I travel I like to find local spots to eat rather than the chain places. I picked out the Ballard Street Cafe because it looked like an older place in an old downtown spot. I was not disappointed as it was exactly what I thought with exposed brick, wood floors, and a 50’s style lunch counter. In addition there were several tables and the required set of local characters sharing breakfast and gossip over coffee. The waitstaff was attentive and polite, and made you feel right at home. To complete the experience, I have to talk about the food. I ordered a 2 egg breakfast with chicken fried steak. It also came with choice of hash browns or grits and b&g, toast, or a pancake. I chose the b&g and grits. First off, the chicken fry was obviously hand breaded and cooked perfectly. They gave me a knife but it was fork tender. The grits were hearty and flavorful. The side of b&g came with TWO homemade biscuits and cream gravy. Everything was awesome! I ended up taking half my steak and the b&g home for a second meal. Getting ALL this with coffee for about $15 with tax almost felt criminal. If you’re ever in Wylie, do yourself a favor and check them out!“

“If I could give Aroma 10 stars, I absolutely would!

This was our first visit, but it definitely will not be our last. I ordered the Zucchinata, and my wife had the Traditional breakfast. Everything was incredibly fresh, delicious, and presented just as beautifully as it looks in the menu photos. The breakfast potatoes on my wife’s plate were cooked to absolute perfection.

We also shared the Very Berry French Toast, and it has to be one of the best French toasts in town—and we are big brunch people! It was beautifully presented, loaded with fresh berries, and every bit as delicious as it looked.

I especially have to recognize our server. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but through our conversation, I learned that he is the owners’ son. As a restaurant owner myself, I was so impressed by his personality, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality that I almost wanted to recruit him for my own restaurant! Once I found out he was the owners’ son, I understood why he took such pride in taking care of every detail. It was easily some of the best service we have received anywhere in quite some time.

I also love that Aroma is a family-owned and family-oriented restaurant. I feel a special connection to places like this and genuinely enjoy supporting them. I cannot recommend Aroma enough. The food, presentation, atmosphere, and exceptional service were all outstanding. We will absolutely be back and bring more people with us.“

“Overall, I always have a better experience at the location down the street near Lalaland. But this location is a little closer to my house so I come here sometimes and the service here just isn’t as good as at the other one which is less than a mile away. This morning my server changed mid meal and the new server didn’t even introduce themselves. It was super quiet and I didn’t get checked on till the new waiter showed up. Food was good per usual, I just wish I got put with the other waitress because I saw her checking on her guests consistently.“

“My cousin and I visited the Cafe this morning for breakfast. Our waiter - Phillip - was amazing! However, the food this time was a little disappointing. My cousin ate her grits and I had the Frech Toast. We also had bacon and potatoes. The bacon was not cooked the way we wanted. A new order was made, but still not satisfactory. And it was very salty. So we did not eat the bacon. Normally the food is outstanding but today's visit was a little off.“

“I actually had donuts and kolache’s delivered to us through DoorDash, and the donuts and kolaches were so fresh and tasted amazing. This was the best donut place that I think I’ve ever tried, and even through DoorDash, the quality of food was incredible. So good, that we even ate them the next day and they were just as fresh as if they were right out of the oven.“

“My Hog chapter visits this restaurant in Richardson at least once a year as one of our midnight rides! They are always wonderful to us! The food is hot and fresh. The staff is so nice and we just love them! They have a fantastic menu with all of my favorites on it. We brought a party of about 26 people tonight (8.30.2026) and they did a fantastic job of taking care of us. If I could give them 10 ⭐️ s I would!“
