“When we stepped in around 10:15 AM, the Waffle House was alive with the vibrant buzz that you'd expect from such a popular spot. It had that classic easygoing atmosphere, with folks either savoring their meals or patiently waiting for their turn. The comforting hum of activity added to the familiar charm of a Waffle House visit.A little wait of around 20 to 25 minutes was a small price to pay for what followed. The staff were not only efficient but genuinely friendly, making the wait feel inconsequential. Bilha, our waitress, stood out with her genuine warmth and cheerful demeanor, adding a delightful touch to our dining experience. Now, let's talk about the star of the show--the food. My wife and I both opted for the T-bone, well-done to our liking. I paired mine with sunny side up eggs, while my wife went for scrambled eggs. The hash browns were a standout, perfectly cooked and oh-so-delicious. And to top it all off, my dark bottomless coffee was just the kind of rich and robust pick-me-up I needed.Despite the brief wait, which was understandable given the lively atmosphere and popularity of the place, this visit unquestionably secures a prominent spot in my list of remarkable Waffle House adventures. The overall experience was delightful, reaffirming why Waffle House continues to be a favorite choice for a hearty and satisfying meal.“
“Cool place to eat, especially at night or after going out. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The place is small so it's not overwhelming, and it's kept pretty clean. Food is good, not super wow but hey! It's a Waffle House, and for a waffle house it's pretty good :)“
“Had brunch with my son here. Black lady was our server. She was so nice and very good at her responsibilities. The food is delicious! We both had omelets and waffles. I was so full I could only eat half of the waffle. There was very many servers ready to go to work and they get you in and out quickly. I didn't even have to clean my own table before sitting down. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Orders will be made to your request.Parking: Might need to walk from the first spot you see open.Kid-friendliness: Kids menuWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and entrance.“
“Attentive service + delicious coffee during spring break MondayThe waiter came to check on our table at least four times through whole dining to ensure we got what we need. We love our hot coffee! It came a hot pot so we can refill coffee on our town. Food wise, to me, it did not come to the table when it was fresh cooked, so the food was a bit cold which was disappointing. However, the overall dining experience was great!“
“On a first time visit my order was placed, but incorrectly made. It took no time for the waitress to get it corrected. She was friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious. The order they brought me the first time was just as amazing as the fresh order she had to put in after the fact; coupled with my partners selection, I could tell that the food is always fresh. There’s nothing like putting in an order and having it returned back expeditiously. The place is pretty cool on the inside. Very clean establishment.“
“My wife and I were in town on some quick business. We were recommended to give it a try. We were not disappointed. Sunday brunch seems to be a very busy time, so we were very pleased to get a seat very quickly. Our server, I'm sorry her name slips my mind, was outstanding. As a guy who really enjoys food, I was very pleased. Everything was brought to our table in under 10 minutes and was absolutely delicious. I didn't see any of the staff that were not moving in a hurry to take care of their customers. I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing vs the quantity and quality of the food. Ballard Street Cafe will remain on our list of places to stop and eat when we're in town.“
“Came here on a bit of a whim but a quick Google search said it had high reviews. Food was excellent and the service was the right amount of balance between being taken care of and being left alone to enjoy my food.We hope to return when we're able and try to some other options on the menu.My only complaint is they only have hash browns and not fries. This would not prevent me from returning as the hash browns were quite good, I just like fries better.“
“Hot Pancakes is great! This is my first time. They've got a wonderful build-your-own menu for people who are eating, for instance, keto. And the regular menu is great, too! I had the chicken biscuit plate. It's an open face giant biscuit half, topped with a fried chicken filet, cheese and gravy. Comes with a side of hash browns, and, of course, two big fluffy pancakes. Coffee was good and plentiful. We were a group of five. We received excellent service with a dose of snark. I will definitely come back!Dietary restrictions: There's a build your own breakfast menu that can accommodate dietary restrictionsParking: Hot Pancakes is in a strip mall. Plenty of free parking.“
“I wish they had more options for vegetarians than just egg and pancakes. They sadly got rid of the vegetarian burger patty. With that said, the omelets and pancake options are fantastic! My favorite is the mushroom & cheddar omelet sub the Swedish pancakes (the $4+ upcharge is a bit steep though). I make 3-4 meals out of this 1 order!!“
“Really enjoyed the fast friendly service we received and there was a wide variety of menu items to choose from and they have senior and children's options on the menu too. The prices are very reasonable and they offer mimosas now too. There is handicap parking and seating available and highchairs for the little ones.“
