“My cousin and I visited the Cafe this morning for breakfast. Our waiter - Phillip - was amazing! However, the food this time was a little disappointing. My cousin ate her grits and I had the Frech Toast. We also had bacon and potatoes. The bacon was not cooked the way we wanted. A new order was made, but still not satisfactory. And it was very salty. So we did not eat the bacon. Normally the food is outstanding but today's visit was a little off.“

“The burrata pesto toast was unbelievably delicious - I could eat it for every meal! Our server's manners were lovely, helpful, attentive. The solitary drawback: another server relieved herself in the bathroom while I was there and left without washing her hands - 100% GROSS!!!!! I HOPE SHE WAS A SERVER ONLY AND DID NOT GARNISH FOOD!!!!!“

“I have to say that this was the best brunch that I’ve had in some time! Not only was the food fresh, yummy, and of minimal wait but the customer service was spot on as well. The restroom was clean and free of odor. Coffee was somewhat lukewarm but dint taste old! The purple haze drink was quite interesting and tasty! I don’t live near this area but there is one around the corner from me so hopefully the experience is just as great!“

“Loved this place! When I walked in it reminded me of the smell of my grandma’s house as a kid. The server was great & the other staff as well. If you’re looking for a good, down home cooked meal, this is your place! If you’re looking for a brand new, boujee building, fancy place then it’s not. It’s very clean also. We will be back.“

“They have outstanding food and the wait staff is excellent. Very friendly. We hold the North Carrollton Networking Group there every Monday from 11:30-13:00 hrs and they are very accommodating. Monica is the server and she is very friendly to our group. Outstanding food and service :)“

“It’s the day shift employees that make this the best! They are the friendliest, makes sure everything is perfect - even at their busiest. Great crew, both servers and cooks/chefs - except for the one server that can’t stay in the restaurant and get completed food order delivered to her table, didn’t check on us one time, never said a word except a few mumbles, we knew menu better than she did - need I say more?“

“Elizabeth took our order, and served us at the pay window. It feels rare to get quality customer service (or even competency) in a drive-thru these days... and she delivered. I was really impressed.
It was such a breeze to order, and she communicated so well. I always appreciate when we're not rushed and everything is repeated back to us. It minimizes issues, and makes the ordering process much easier.

“This is the first IHOP I’ve been to in a long time that was impressively clean, and it immediately stood out. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the entire experience even better. Breakfast was enjoyable and relaxed, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. Because of how clean and well-run this location is, it will definitely be my go-to IHOP moving forward.“
