“My husband and I went to dinner with friends a few nights ago and we all decided that ice cream was needed for dessert. We Googled ice cream nearby and Handel's was suggested. We were immediately greeted as soon as we walked in by a super sweet little smiling blonde and a group of other smiling, friendly teens. These kids seemed happy and excited to be there and eager to serve. We all got AMAZING ice cream and service and will be Handel's regulars for sure. My main reason for this review is for the owner to know what an AMAZING group of kids you have working this store. You rarely see young kids these days that engage with people and can actually have conversations with adults. This was on 6/28/24 So thank you for such a delicious and fun treat!“

“The experience was amazing, me and my dauther droped by because we wanted somthing to drink and this is our first time here. We ordered a matcha milk tea with boba and a mango slushie, the boba is so chewy and the matcha latte taste like how we make it at home. The mango smothie also taste like home but the texture was like a slushie, no worry. The service was super fast, the food was cheap, and the inside was very tidy. My dauther also wanted the macroons but it was out of stock. Over all, good place also the one staff worker(we didn't ask for his name) who was there was really nice, but pls fix your ordering device next to the cash register, it is super glichy.“

Tried to place an order through the app and there was no option to make a drink with an alternative milk and remove boba so I called the store and Ashley was able to resolve my issue nicely and professionally. She went above and beyond to make it right! Definitely will be back!“

Plenty of open tables. Seat yourself.
Music plays good songs.
Ordered beef spring rolls with fish sauce and curry puffs for appetizers and they were the best.
Had beef ribs pho and hubs had the combo pho (brisket and meatballs).
Everything was served hot and absolutely delicious.“

That said, I do think they’ve started going a little overboard with the sauce lately. It ends up overpowering the flavor and makes the dish a bit too salty. I also miss the smoky, charred sear they used to have — that subtle burnt aroma used to drive me crazy (in the best way). Still, despite the changes, it’s a spot I’ll keep coming back to. “It was a nice experience this morning. The attendant was helpful, made my smoothie in a quick manner, did not bother me while I was on the phone and wasn’t particularly rude that I was. I did ask for a modification which she was able to do and made sure to double check that I was sure I wanted said modification. She didn’t go above and beyond or anything but was able to provide me with what I needed and didn’t bother me too much. Not particularly engaging.“
