UPDATE: I’ve gone back twice since this review and I feel like the tea and service has changed for the better. Thank you for taking my concern into account!
I am a repeat customer for more than a year and wanted to reach out due to the poor service I experienced today (05/24). FULLL x Lee's Taiwanese comfort food is a casual dining option located in a food court. The restaurant is known for its affordable prices and consistent drinks, making it a popular spot for regular visitors. The food court can get busy during peak hours, and seating may be limited. The menu features rice plates, honey BBQ chicken nuggets, and other Taiwanese comfort food, with a focus on portion size. The atmosphere is relaxed, with a bit of a dark interior. The baristas are helpful and offer customization recommendations, and the grapefruit green tea and FULLL fruit tea are fresh and flavorful. Parking can be a challenge during peak hours, but there are options nearby. While some notice changes in the sauce or service, the flavors remain solid, and many keep coming back for the addictive dishes and drinks. Overall, FULLL x Lee's is a great option for those looking for a quick and affordable meal.
