“I came in today and a younger gentleman with glasses was working. I struggled to talk bc I had just had a wisdom tooth removed (hence why I wanted a smoothie).

When I got my order he had mentioned that he made the smoothie “soft but not too thick so I could drink it better for my recovery!” This was so kind and made me smile (under the gauze ?) being that he paid attention! “I love Dutch Bros wayyyy more than Starbucks. This one on hwy 78 didn't make my drink quite as good as the one on fm 544, but it was still good. I ordered the Tigers Blood Iced Rebel along with 3 others, and it was good but not as snow cone flavored as the other store. I would still recommend them though as I believe they were training and they were still friendly and everything was still timely. The order ahead option is ALWAYS the best bet as they stay busy at every location.“

“Update: the manager contacted me about our visit. She was very kind and offered to re-make my order another time. The new order was made to perfection and exactly how much food I expected to be in the bowl. I appreciate a manager who cares about the customer experience.

We enjoy this place. My main complaint is my bowl is never full. The ingredients didn't even match the line at the top of the bowl. I feel like I don't get the amount of food I fully pay for. Also, it was very hot inside and there was not any place to sit comfortably and enjoy.

I've never really had Boba tea before so them taking the time out to explain the flavors, toppings, etc. went above my expectations and I greatly appreciated that. Ernie and his staff are super friendly and you can tell they enjoy what they do.
They've got WiFi at their store for you to be online while enjoying a good drink.
I've also used them for a catering event where we had about 100 people to provide Boba teas to and they nailed it out of the park. From first contact to get a quote to day-of delivery and service we were taken care of.

“I have been coming here for a couple of months and the general manager Niah aka Mermaid is the best!!! She always makes myself and my beloveds smoothie top tier! When I pull up she already has the wraps ready to go. In this day and age where most people lack awareness and exceed in customer satisfaction, Niah goes above and beyond. I’ve been to other locations with higher ratings and I loath how they make my smoothie; it’s always watery. This place makes my favorite Triple Berry Oats with perfection. I can’t brag enough about how much I look forward to going here for my smoothies in the mornings. I highly recommend more people to come here seriously.
