This was my first time ever visiting a Dutch Bros. I was greeted by Lilly who was extremely helpful and patient in helping me find the best drink. Even though it was pretty late, she still had a great attitude and made sure I had a positive experience. It is very rare these days to find quality customer service so I will definitely be back to this location again!
This location is just around the block from my in-laws house and opened not to long ago which might just explain why there is never a line here. I am from Arizona, where DB is huge! The lines there can wrap around the building and spill out into the street. The city has actually had to shut down a few locations in Tempe and forced them to move because their business snarled traffic so bad by the entrance. So yeah, it's great coffee. I know this is sort of Dutch Bros *thing*, but it is absolutely worth repeating that I have not seen a single unfriendly face at this location. Casey, Jasmine, Suzy and the delightful person whose name I didn’t catch but talked to me about her bully mix pup have all given my dog and I the absolute best service and we look forward to coming back again and again! ?
