The nice lady taking my specialized order, at the counter, was helpful & courteous. Three odd orders delivered correctly and the food was hot.

Employees are doing their own thing, nice, but not in a hurry to take your order. My burgers were missing a patty too. Better luck next time hopefully
They were short and staff today but even though the customer service was great and they were speedy

Wendy's provides great food with excellent service, particularly from friendly cashiers. The atmosphere is amazing, and the staff can be super nice and polite. The menu offers a variety of options, including burgers and nuggets, as well as a range of soft drinks. However, some customers have experienced delays and disinterested staff at the drive-thru.
