Hey Wendy’s. I did your mobile app today. Thanks for not paying attention to what I asked for on my burger. You gave me everything I hated and left off everything I asked you for. I checked the receipt when I got home. Everything was correct on it. Guess you just couldn’t be bothered.

Food is regularly cold, staff is rude and dismissive. When and order was fulfilled incorrectly they did not make it right and when called out on it got combative and rude. I get fast food can be stressful but no need to be rude when you make a mistake

96 degrees and 10 cars in lane because SHE PUT EVERY ORDER ON HOLD 5 MIN...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service and concern for customers in line NONE... February 2024 at 9 am speakers are out in drive thru,so I went to window 2nd attempt to order and she is hiding from window so I went inside the store.They don't want to serve breakfast for SURE, lunch or dinner so WHY YOU DON'T CLOSE OUT THIS USELESS LOCATION...It has best location for Rowlett and someone can make a lot of money by serving food and being civil and working hrs are posted for decorating purposes only.

The cashier was very friendly, fairly unusual for fast food services. I honestly regret not getting her name to provide a good shout out.She politely told me it was shift change and things may take a little longer.I did not felt any delay on recieving my 5 bags of food.I love Wendy's burgers and nuggets but I love McDonald's fries. It's very nice to have a lot of options for soft drinks.

I moved to Rowlett five years ago, and this is the closest Wendy’s to my home.Every time I come here, I swear that I will never come again, but somewhere deep down I hope they will improve and I try again.The absolute worst drive-through service I have ever experienced in 55 years on this planetTonight at 7:15 PM. I was the only car in the drive-through and sat at the speaker for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order for one single taco salad. I get to the window and get handed a Coke. I dont drink soda at all! I am the Only person here and they screwed up my order!This is every single visit and I will never visit this location again.I have said that over and over, but this location will never get another penny of my hard earned dollars

Worst restaurant in Rowlett or Rockwall Pulled in tonight and the dining room is closed at 9. So I pull into the drive thru. There is a trash bag over the speaker &all the lights on the menu are out. I thought the speaker etc must not be working so I pulled up to the next window where no one was and then I pulled up to the final window and told them I needed to place an order they looked at me like I was crazy. I said well your system's down. They said no it's not and I said it's got a bag over it and the menu lights are out it looks dead. Then they checked and turned on all the exterior lights and the menu. I said i still need to place my order but she rolled her eyes and told me to go back through the drive-thru again and I said I didn't feel a need to do that and they said well we're not going to help you unless you do so I left. I never got to order my food. Also it's really common for both locations in Rowlett to leave all the lights off outside and make it look like they are closed it's like they don't want to be bothered to do business. When they come up to the window they always look like you're bothering them. I have never seen a place where the employees have such a IDGAF attitude.
Never ordering from this wendys again second time I've had to report my order thru doordash first time was all my food was cold and now one of my Chicken Sandwich had mold on the bottom bun ?

Adequate no one is going over the top these days. I sat in line in another visit only to realize that me and the 3 people in front of me awaiting breakfast from a not open Wendys with breakfast option posters all over it?
Omg this my FIRST REVIEW EVER ON GOOGLE please do not go to this Wendy the kids in there disrespectful and play to much do not care about you are your order even the shift manager every once in a while I come her and ask them can they not give me cold food but the don’t care do it any ways then laughs in my face once i return it I hate that place
