I had a great experience at Rowlett Whataburger. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was respectful and professional, and the service was friendly and efficient. My order was prepared correctly and everything was fresh and hot. It’s always nice to see employees who take pride in their work and make customers feel welcome. Keep up the great work!
Love the food and love the staff! Tiane and her team understood the assignment.

Whataburger is a restaurant known for its hot and fresh food and pretty consistently good product, with a convenient location and friendly staff. The service was great and the manager was very friendly. However, there have been instances where orders were incorrect, such as meals with wet buns, and the restaurant could benefit from improved cleanliness. The atmosphere dining in isn't the best. The restaurant offers condiments such as spicy ketchup and cooks food to customers' satisfaction. They are very generous with the amount of fries. It is recommended that they ensure a more enjoyable dining experience.
