First they gave me the wrong order. Then when I came back and got the right order, they left out the gravy, gave me 3 nuggets instead of chicken strips, one of which had no meat in it, and put no napkins in either of the meals.

I really wish something get done about the hanging out of young ppl at this particular whataburger on dalrock. This is the 3 time I went up there and a crowed of kids hanging out right in the entrance and playing around outside and inside the building. Yesterday on Easter my family and I went there and kids were outside fighting and half the staff working inside the whataburger came outside an was in on it with the kids who were outside causing all they trouble. We were waiting on our food and also other ppl and they all ran outside Smh .. this was horrible and disturbing an I wish someone do something about it soon. I been here 6 years an never seen this at this whataburger but now it's getting really bad up there. Where was management!!!!! Please do better, I felt unsafe...

I went to this location on Feb 18 because I was craving a breakfast burger on a jalapeño biscuit. At first, I was a little early...it was 10:45pm and I knew I might have to wait. I asked at the drive through speaker if I absolutely had to wait until 11:00pm to get a breakfast sandwich. I didn't get a pleasant response at all. I got a "Nah, we won't do that before 11:00." That wasn't really a problem for me so I decided to wait in the parking lot for 15 mins(really not a big deal for me.)So 11:00 rolls around and I pull up again. I try to order my desired Whataburger sammich. I get this combination at Whataburger restaurants all over the metroplex regularly, but at this location the lady operating the drive through speaker refused to make this substitution saying that they could not do it. I mentioned that I get this at other locations all the time, but she still flatly refused insinuating that I am stupid and this simply can't be done at Whataburger. I didn't feel like arguing after already waiting a quarter of an hour for this delicious sandwich so I took my business West down 66 across the lake to Whataburger 806, as my receipt indicates their store number is. They made my Breakfast Burger (Sub jalapeño cheddar biscuit) with no arguments whatsoever. This is unfortunate because I live on the East side of the lake and would prefer to drive less than half the distance when I want this food, but I guess I have to go across the lake. #SadFaceNote: See how they don't even charge for the substitution? Cool, huh?

Don’t go here. Service is terrible. I ordered in drive in. Pulled up paid and was finally asked to move up. People behind me getting food. When I finally got mine it was cold and drink was watered down. Don’t go here

Ever since whataburger was sold the food and service has gone DOWN HILL. I know that would happen when y'all sold to people up NORTH.

Terrible. Always so slow. Today I've already waited 10mins for the curbside order.One day I saw the lady that takes the drive thru orders, front orders, curbside orders,(yes they put her to do everything); and all this while she was fixing her own personal food/drink and literally suckling on her fingers while at it. Rowlett City Health, where are you? I counted at least 7-8 Food Management certificates which are USELESS if the knowledge isn't applied.
