“The costomer service is amazing! I was just up there. I just got off of work and I felt miserable. The lady that rung me up was so sweet and so kind, I think she had piercings on the side of her lips and braids. She was very engaging and personable. She made my long long long day at work feel like it just disappeared. I hope she gets recognition for this too.“

“Finally got to try Cheesesteak House for lunch today and it was absolutely amazing! Having grown up just outside of Philly, I’ve been in Texas since I was 12 years old, I’ve been on the quest to find the best Philly Cheesesteak in Texas, and I think Cheesesteak House is quite possibly the best! I will definitely be back again, and hope to bring some of my family that still lives in the Philadelphia, PA area!“

“I can still recommend with caveat. They have good burgers that are moderately priced and the fries are still as good as ever. However, since the bag switchover from cup for the fries (which I can agree with the company's stance concerning), the "generous" portion of fries in the bag are not as generous, IMO, at least not in my area franchises.“

“I feel like Applebee's has come a long way in the past 15 years, which is probably the gap in patronage. The food quality is significantly better than what I remember, they have a huge drink selection at amazing prices. My fiance and I go here with our 18 month old son. The staff is always very nice and accommodating, the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, and they have a kids menu and always great specials and deals for entrees and apps. If you haven't been to an Applebee's in a few years, I'd recommend giving them another try.“

“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today.
