“Solid burger, classic, simple, a little on the greasy side. Tastes like a burger from decades past. Got a double cheeseburger for $7.50 and it was good. Kind of a In-n-out burger vibe. The actual place is just a window in the back of someone’s house. Looked closed but it was open. No place to wash hands or use a bathroom.“

The beer menu is very good and has a nice variety for everyone.

The taco entrees were good but a bit pricey.

The quail taco was good and unique. I get that quail can be expensive for the amount of food you get.

I personally wasn’t a fan of the short rib/brussel sprout taco.

My wife’s taco bowl left something to be desired as far as portion and flavor. It was not bad, just not a $15+ plate of food.

“We had an awesome experience at Nations this evening (Monday, March 30th). The service was great, Brian was fabulous, and the meal was delicious. The atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. My niece needed to use the restroom, and it was very clean, which we appreciated.

“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “Stumbled across this hidden jewel of a restaurant a couple of months back in 2025. Had the mushroom burger so good. I have purchased three more burgers since I found this place. The ladies are very friendly. Normally I get my burgers from Chilis I haven't had their burgers since I found this place.“

“Really enjoyed my visit to The Brass Tap in Rockwall! We were there for a networking event. The customer service was great—everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and very attentive the entire time. The drinks were good and came out quickly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. There are plenty of TVs all around, so it’s an awesome spot to catch a game or hang out with friends.

I didn’t get a chance to try the food this time, which is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars, but everything I saw coming out of the kitchen looked really good from where I was sitting. I’ll definitely be back soon to try the food because it looked worth it!w“

“I can still recommend with caveat. They have good burgers that are moderately priced and the fries are still as good as ever. However, since the bag switchover from cup for the fries (which I can agree with the company's stance concerning), the "generous" portion of fries in the bag are not as generous, IMO, at least not in my area franchises.“

“I could not recommend this place more! If you’re looking for a good spot to grab something filling and delicious; this is the place for you. The staff were so pleasant and accommodating. They checked in on us regularly. Highly recommend the pizza (they are all so good) and encourage you to order a salad because it was one of the best salads I’ve had.“
