I was in need of assistance and this Applebee's was the place. The manager and staff are super nice and took care of me in my time of need. They didn't make me feel like a burden. Thank you Applebees in Rowlett.Parking: Enough.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
Service was lacking. Never was asked for refills. Never received a napkin. Kids at the nearby table were running up and down between tables and noisy. No one told the parents their kids were bothering everyone else.
