I've lived in Rowlett for 6 years and come here many times but I won't be back. The food quality has steadily declined. The meat is dry. The sides are subpar. The okra is burned half the time. The manager uses the front booth as his office and it looks like a homeless person is camping out there. My last to-go order was almost inedible. And unlike other Dickies locations, this one doesn't let you get your own sauce or pickles. They packaged up 4 pickle slices and a tablespoon...read full review
OH MY GOODNESS, YOU CAN’T SLEEP ON THIS LOCATION!! I have never been so impressed with absolutely everything! The service was amazing, the restaurant was clean, the food…OMG out of this world! The potatoes with meat were so packed full that I couldn’t even finished a quarter of it! I live over an hour away but will definitely be back and soon!!

This Dickey's has really fallen off. The brisket was dryer than most. The tortilla on the brisket taco was hard and burnt. The brisket was dry and I bought a pound of brisket and it was dry. They had equipment pilled up around the door and the staff was Luke warm. I won't be going back!
