First thing I wanna get off my chest. The service was garbage. I sat there for roughly 30 minutes to an hour. Waiting to order not to get my server but to get somebody else to take my order.And the food was dry. The only thing good about the food. What's the fries and I don't even like friesBut while I was waiting for my server to come back. The atmosphere was really nice. I almost took a nap

The server was friendly and polite in general. I seated at the table around the bar area, so the server was one of two bartenders. It took her some time to come greeting me and take the order. She checked back on me after the drink and food were received. But I still felt it took much more time to get her attention and check on me. Not convenient though, still prefer to sit at the bar. The manager was working around the kitchen and sometimes in the bar, as I could see.Tipsy Leprechaun Cocktail tasted good but I felt the alcohol was a bit weak in the whole drink body. The presentation was very good with the green color fluid and some golden granulated sugar at the glass top; great for the celebration of Saint Patrick's Day. The temperature was ice-cold nicely. Spinach & Artichoke Dip tasted fine and normally traditional.The music volume level was just right for the night time. The guest conversation level was not quite loud. I would say I felt comfortable to enjoy the drink and food over here in the dinner time.There were 4 TVs around the bar area; all were on and playing. The best one for me to watch is the big screen TV in the center of the bar. The quality was good and clear to watch the baseball game. The other small TV which I could still watch was playing the news or the weather. Nicely enjoying the time here.Parking: Easy to find parking. No issue.

We went for dinner on Easter Sunday and they were understaffed. We were so impressed by how hard they worked. The manager is so kind and helpful, really tried to cover for her staff and keep waiting folks happy. The staff are so sweet. Aahmazing! God bless you.

Love this Applebees! Haleigh and Chrisy are the literal best. Right when I walk in they have my drink ready for me. The managers Val and Deon always make sure their guests are taken care of. It’s like my little Cheers in Rowlett! Love these guys.

If your a interracial couple do not go here me and my fiancé set almost two hours and within that time frame the bartender/waitress came and only asked for our drink and appetizer order after and hour and half she finally came and got our order after my fiancé said something to her and still didn’t get our food for another 45 minutes when other people came in and ordered and got there food while we sat and waited we got our food but was over charged didn’t receive what we ordered and the manager and the waitress was looking and treated us like we was wrong.. Will never get my business again…
