I've had multiple bad experiences at this location. Even if you are the only one in the drive-through, it's going to take at least 15 minutes. The staff is not always friendly and the ones I've encountered know nothing about the products they sell. I would say the staff could use a lot of training in multiple areas. Honestly, Whataburger Corporate should shut this location down. It's a blemish on the Whataburger name. I've never had a good experience here and I generally go out of my way to visit the Murphy location, just to avoid this one. However, my friends wanted to stop in Saturday night, so I joined them... much to my dismay.We ordered dine-in... they brought the food out in bags instead of on trays.
