Terrible! Terrible customer service including the Manager on site today 4/3/2024. Ordered through the Whataburger app for delivery. Missing items upon delivery. I immediately called the store and talked with the alleged manager. No remorse for missing items. I asked for the missing food to be redelivered - can’t do. Asked for a refund - can’t do. Why? Because they cannot help you if you ordered through the app. Pretty frustrating to say the least. Be warned!!! If you order through the app and there is something wrong, at least this location and manager will not help rectify. I have contacted what I am assuming is a corporate customer service contact. Will have to see if anything is resolved.

The last SEVERAL times we have come to whataburger we have had to wait about 30+ minutes to get our food! It’s like they only cook one order at a time…we need to do better about being a little bit quicker…it is called Fast Food after all!

When we first came in we ordered burgers and fries and drink and then he assumed that we was going to pay with the card so the transaction was canceled whenever we handed cash so we had to go get a manager to move to another register for some reason but usually when the managers come in front of customers the managers greet but this manager on duty she didn't great nobody then I'm not sure but a big boss walked in or owner and he went straight to the kitchen and he was looking at each employee and then we got the burger quick the burgers were hot and fresh the cold stuff was cold on the burger and the bun and the meat were hot! They have done a lot better at this place here recently I guess for me working different restaurants and stuff I felt the manager walk in and I was nervous because I was afraid that he was going to say something to me what I done wrong LOL and then he greeted us have a good day when we left after we walked out I told my husband I felt like I was working because I was nervous because of the manager there but not for no apparent reason really just my fear anyway great job Whataburger! Just maybe the managers on duty need to be a little bit more friendlier to teach the other employees to be more friendly!

I've had multiple bad experiences at this location. Even if you are the only one in the drive-through, it's going to take at least 15 minutes. The staff is not always friendly and the ones I've encountered know nothing about the products they sell. I would say the staff could use a lot of training in multiple areas. The food is fast food, and it doesn't always seem fresh. As far as fast food, it's at the bottom of my list. I have avoided this location entirely now. I used to work at a school, and this place was an ongoing joke at work. We would avoid lunches here, and people would put aside an extra 30 minutes in the morning to get breakfast here because it always takes so long.

Honestly, Whataburger Corporate should shut this location down. It's a blemish on the Whataburger name. I've never had a good experience here and I generally go out of my way to visit the Murphy location, just to avoid this one. However, my friends wanted to stop in Saturday night, so I joined them... much to my dismay.We ordered dine-in... they brought the food out in bags instead of on trays. They didn't ask what condiments we wanted, so we had to ask for extras and left behind the stuff we didn't request. The poor girl seemed afraid of human interaction and didn't even speak when delivering the food, when I asked for ketchup, or when she brought it out.I ordered a Bacon cheeseburger combo and it came out with no bacon. The cheese wasn't even melted, and the burger tasted cold even though we dined in the restaurant. Maybe it wasn't cooked well or maybe the oversized chunk of ice-cold lettuce they put on it just made it seem that way. The buns weren't warm and didn't seem very fresh.I also gave it 2 stars for atmosphere because there were a bunch of loud, unsupervised teenagers in there, though they weren't really causing any trouble. I don't really blame the restaurant for that, but it still affects the perception & experience.Overall, another disappointing experience at this location.
