She was gone for quite a while and I said to my husband, "She probably had to look up how to make it." Well, she did and it was outstanding. I wish more bartenders would do this!! I have been to numerous upscale restaurants in the area and, honestly, this is the best drink I have ever had. Anna was a delightful, professional bartender and a credit to Rodeo Goat. I ordered the double cheeseburger minus the cheese. As part of their Country Double Cheeseburger meal which includes large fries and a large drink. The burger arrived with all their standard fixings: mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. For a drink, I typically get sweet tea but they also had lemonade so I had the a little of both.“

We go almost once or twice a week because kids love the nuggets there and it’s just so convenient ( located in frisco) today we found out they have flan and tres leches as well!!!! “They accidentally gave me the wrong burger, but before I could even walk up to the counter to tell them, I was approached by (I think but never confirmed) the manager asking if everything was ok. I told him and he apologized profusely and said he would get it fixed in just a few minutes. All I was hoping for was the right burger, but he went above and beyond to make it right. I've had worse experiences at other restaurants without an offer to even make it right, so I fully appreciate this level of customer care. The only thing that could have made for a better experience was if I didn't have to eat my burger on a gluten free bun, but that's my own fault.

“I recently visited this Burger King, and overall, it was a solid experience! The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I expected from a classic BK. The Whopper was well-prepared, and the fries were crispy and salted just right. The staff was friendly and handled my order quickly, even though it was pretty busy at the time.

The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the dining area could have been a bit cleaner. A couple of tables were left uncleaned, and the soda machine area was a little sticky. But otherwise, it was a good visit, and I’d definitely come back for another quick, tasty meal.

“What an excellent halal place in Plano. The food is very authentic despite being a burger joint. Every burger is very unique and flavorful. If you don't like your burger bland then this is the place to go. And the spice options will really make you salivate. I recommend House burger, Dallas burger, Chicken Cayenne burgers, but you'll probably not be disappointed with any of the options. And the fries are just simply outstanding. This place will give any burger joints a run for their money. Highly recommended.“

Their flame grilled flavored burgers are my favorite!!! I don't typically eat meat but sometimes I have this craving that needs to be satisfied and only Burger King can do that for me.

I have the Burger King app and usually place an order and then go through the drive thru to pick it up. There are lots of great deals on the app, even free item offers.

Did you know that you can even order the burger patties by themselves??? Oh yes. I ordered 10 on Friday so I could have one when I craved it.

My other favorite are the mozzarella sticks. Wow! Always soft and juicy and so good with the marinara sauce. Highly recommend the 12 piece!“

“A lot of Whataburgers have gone downhill after being sold and a lot of them having teenagers not wanting to work run quite a few of the locations. The food tasted just like the old WB recipe we have noticed that the food around where we live do not have the same seasoning and the food is cold and just slapped together by teens that want to be on their phones and not wanting to work. This Whataburger was a wonderful surprise. The staff were friendly and hardworking. They were busy cooking, waiting on customers and actually bringing the food to us instead of screaming a number or our name out for us to come to collect. This store has a great deal of regulars because we could hear the customers calling the staff by name and inquiring about their day and family members. The staff would greet several regulars as they entered by name and the manager would come out to greet them and make small talk to the regulars. When we go to my Dr near or to Methodist Richardson Medical Center, we make sure to stop by and eat. We won't be known as regulars, but we sure do enjoy the food at this location and how nice the staff is at this very clean location. There was one time we stopped by after my post op visit and the bathroom floor was flooded. The person we told immediately went into the bathroom to investigate and immediately started mopping up the mess. We have complained at other locations about dirty bathrooms or water on the floor and we have been ignored and nothing happened the whole time we were there. It is so refreshing to see a Whataburger location that takes pride in their restaurant and their jobs and are nice to their customers.“
