“So we went to Rodeo Goat for a few drinks before dinner. I asked our bartender, Anna, for an extra sweet bourbon Manhattan on the rocks. This is probably not a common order. She was gone for quite a while and I said to my husband, "She probably had to look up how to make it." Well, she did and it was outstanding. I wish more bartenders would do this!! I have been to numerous upscale restaurants in the area and, honestly, this is the best drink I have ever had. Anna was a delightful, professional bartender and a credit to Rodeo Goat. “Great place when you're in the mood for a great tasting, greasy burger. Which is not to say it's any worse than any other fast food in that regard, just know that that's what you're going there for. With prices going up everywhere might as well spend another dollar or two for a burger that's far superior to a McDonalds one. Service was fast and friendly and this particular location has a small dining room attached which, though generic for fast food eateries, was clean and well maintained.“

“Great restaurant with a lot of great options to eat. Definitely a place where you come with your kiddos and pets. The burger was tasty 8/10. The stuffed jalapenos were a 9/10. The fried pickles 10/10. The chocolate milkshake was way too sweet and I’m used to eating sweets so it was a 5/10. The chocolate cake was a solid 8/10 and my wife said her salad was a 9/10. Overall a good place to visit on a beautiful sunny day.“

“They accidentally gave me the wrong burger, but before I could even walk up to the counter to tell them, I was approached by (I think but never confirmed) the manager asking if everything was ok. I told him and he apologized profusely and said he would get it fixed in just a few minutes. All I was hoping for was the right burger, but he went above and beyond to make it right. I've had worse experiences at other restaurants without an offer to even make it right, so I fully appreciate this level of customer care. The only thing that could have made for a better experience was if I didn't have to eat my burger on a gluten free bun, but that's my own fault.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bun available - it's not the best, but gluten free rarely is. It's better than plenty of others I've had.“

“Country atmosphere and a very good burger at a fair price. The friendly staff was quick to take my order and deliver me a tasty hamburger and hot thick cut French fries. I ordered the double cheeseburger minus the cheese. As part of their Country Double Cheeseburger meal which includes large fries and a large drink. The burger arrived with all their standard fixings: mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. For a drink, I typically get sweet tea but they also had lemonade so I had the a little of both.“

“This was our first time dining inside this Whataburger in Plano, as we usually go through the drive-thru. I was really impressed by how clean the restaurant is! I used the restroom, and it was spotless, smelled great, and everything was well-organized.

We were helped by Mae, and she was absolutely wonderful! She is an outstanding employee—attentive, kind, and always ready to help. If anyone from Whataburger in Plano is reading this, you should definitely give her a raise! She is hardworking, dedicated, and truly an asset to your team.

They look like they were installed fifteen years ago and haven't been updated at all. Just unpleasant. The whole bar is great no matter what the name changes too, but the bathrooms are terrible.“

“What an excellent halal place in Plano. The food is very authentic despite being a burger joint. Every burger is very unique and flavorful. If you don't like your burger bland then this is the place to go. And the spice options will really make you salivate. I recommend House burger, Dallas burger, Chicken Cayenne burgers, but you'll probably not be disappointed with any of the options. And the fries are just simply outstanding. This place will give any burger joints a run for their money. Highly recommended.“

“Mixed with a gas station isn’t always bad as long as your customer service is good and your food is delicious. The food in fact was just that, delicious however, they gave me the wrong food so I gave a 4 star. The lady taking my order although busy seemed to rush me through my order. Slow down and give better service to those who come in, make the service match the food and you can have an unstoppable brand.“

“I called to place an order over the phone around 20 minutes til closing asking if it was too late to pick up some food. I was fully prepared for them to say they had already started cleaning and preparing to close up but instead Luis was more than happy to take my order. When I arrived Ryan greeted me warmly with a smile, rang me up promptly and even offered to add a shake to the order if I’d wanted. I lost my dad today and after leaving work from an 11 hour shift it made the biggest difference in my day, I can’t thank them enough for being so friendly and outgoing towards me.“

“A lot of Whataburgers have gone downhill after being sold and a lot of them having teenagers not wanting to work run quite a few of the locations. The food tasted just like the old WB recipe we have noticed that the food around where we live do not have the same seasoning and the food is cold and just slapped together by teens that want to be on their phones and not wanting to work. This Whataburger was a wonderful surprise. The staff were friendly and hardworking. They were busy cooking, waiting on customers and actually bringing the food to us instead of screaming a number or our name out for us to come to collect. This store has a great deal of regulars because we could hear the customers calling the staff by name and inquiring about their day and family members. The staff would greet several regulars as they entered by name and the manager would come out to greet them and make small talk to the regulars. When we go to my Dr near or to Methodist Richardson Medical Center, we make sure to stop by and eat. We won't be known as regulars, but we sure do enjoy the food at this location and how nice the staff is at this very clean location. There was one time we stopped by after my post op visit and the bathroom floor was flooded. The person we told immediately went into the bathroom to investigate and immediately started mopping up the mess. We have complained at other locations about dirty bathrooms or water on the floor and we have been ignored and nothing happened the whole time we were there. It is so refreshing to see a Whataburger location that takes pride in their restaurant and their jobs and are nice to their customers.“

“Amazing McDonald’s, amazing employees, the only reason why I’m rating 4 stars is because there was some REALLY loud kids who were screaming and cussing on the playground, and it hurt my ears a lot. But overall it’s one of my favorite McDonald’s locations.“

I will not be coming to this location again. I order another fry, and wait for a little bit. I went up and ask for a refund do to having to go. The staff worked it out and got my fries to me and gave me a refund. I give them credit for making it right when they messed up.“
