Whataburger Reviews
Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions....read full review

Whataburger in Plano is known for its great-tasting food, prepared promptly and with minimal errors. The restaurant has a clean atmosphere and features kind and respectful young workers. It offers ample parking and is suitable for kids, although it lacks a play area. The location is wheelchair accessible, except for the restrooms. The fries are a highlight, always served hot and crispy. Drive-through employee David is commended for his friendliness. Customers appreciate the professional service, especially during busy times or storms, and value the friendly, down-to-earth treatment that reflects the Texas way. The staff, including Mrs. Dolores, are known for their calm and professional attitude, making sure customers leave satisfied. The restaurant has been a life saver during storms, quickly fixing mistakes like forgotten food, and even offering a new drink for inconvenience. Overall, it remains a Texas staple with good food and friendly service.
