I was at 6301 Coit Rd location placed an order 4pc meal with extra Mac and cheese and lemonade to drink. I got home NO Mac and cheese . BUT I was charged for it. Lemonade tasted like water with a slight lemon. The man taking the drive-thru order asked me for my order 3 times. I felt like I was yelling. He did not recap the order AT ALL. This must be the absolute dirtiest KFC I have ever been too. The dinning area was a complete mess, food, trash all over the sitting area. Tables were dirty with left over food. My wings were over cooked, and the selected pieces of couldn't even eat. All the while the two employees were just sitting behind the counter on there phones.
