An all around very solid burger place. The price isn’t bad for the quality and size of food provided. Staff is always quite friendly and I love the outdoor seating. Definitely worth checking out if you want a old fashioned style burger with a nice environment
The Boardwalk is a cool little outdoor area, particularly when the weather is nice. I like how Chip's has a patio area for when the temperature is actually mild (which is rare in Texas).We arrived at Chip's around 11:30 AM on a Sunday and were third in line. Great timing, as by 12 PM, the line went out the door!The man taking our orders at the register was very friendly and welcoming. The gluten free bun is amazing! Tastes like real bread.Before coming gluten free I’d get their normal bun and it’s one of my favorite normal buns out there.The burger has never disappointed. The fries are good too. Not sure if they are considered GF or not.The service has always been good too.
