The service staff seemed small, but we always felt taken care of. We had the Aquasol menu which was tasty. The Prosecco pours were perfect
Overall good but the food we chose (chicken sandwich and pork chop) were just OK. My pork chop was a little over done and the platter as a whole was warm not hot. The service on the other hand was outstanding. Our server was attentive, informative and professional. The restaurant was small but swanky so the decor was a nice touch. We will make it back and give it another shot with different food options.
The food is fantastic, but eventually as more people came in it became very difficult to get any service, particularly when it came to getting drink orders. They were down a bartender, and they just seemed overwhelmed. If you're looking for great food, I certainly would advise it, but give yourself a little extra time to get through the staff experience. The staff were kind and very supportive, but as things slowed down, it made it hard to enjoy the experience after a bit.

Fork & Fire Plano Scratch Restaurant & Brunch is a popular dining destination that offers a cozy ambiance with low lighting and a fireplace. The restaurant is known for its exceptional service, with servers suggesting delicious dishes such as pastrami egg rolls and fig & olive crostini. The shareables menu, including the spinach & lump crab dip and pastrami eggrolls, are standout choices.
The restaurant also offers a variety of cocktails and a happy hour Chardonnay that are delightful. The ahi tuna steak and salmon bowl are cooked to perfection, and the broccoli mash is a must-try. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are reasonable.
The owner, Josh, is known to mingle with the guests and share conversations about wine, the restaurant's new McKinney location, and shared acquaintances. Fork & Fire is an excellent spot for celebrating special occasions, and the friendly and attentive staff make it a memorable dining experience.
