I have to say these ladies rocked it.
I’m a professional Mr. shopper .
Although I was not mystery shopping them they deserve so much praise. I would have given them a 100 on my report..
It was my first time to visit the store. They had a very rude customer.
They all handled it with upmost respect .
Great Job Ladies

Best smoothies I’ve ever had. Beats Smoothie King and Smoothie Factory, not Even close. Tropical Smoothie Cafe uses all real fruits. And I don’t taste that powder. Terry fake stuff that I get it the other smoothie places. Very refreshing and the staff are always friendly, clean place, top marks, and I highly recommend them
Becca made me an awesome smoothie and gave awesome service this morning!

The spot is good food and fast friendly service. The jerk chicken wrap is a go‑to and the Thai chicken wrap was awesome. They never need a smoothie but when an urge they give a try and be pleasantly surprised. They handled a rude customer with upmost respect. They give a coupon on the receipt for a discounted smoothie, a great deal. They always be satisfied with purchases.
